Top Monteverde Ziplining

A must do activity in Monteverde! The ziplines were so fun and my hesitant older sister was so glad I convinced her to come! You walk the bridges independently so you can spend the time you need. EVERY guide, platform attendant or reception employee were professional, friendly and helpful. Ate lunch in the restaurant - also very good. There are separate butterfly and sloth experiences in this park - if we’d booked the morning tour would have had time for these (separate charge) experiences. Note that even the zipline experience requires lots of walking, mostly uphill👍

This experience was absolutely incredible! I've been ziplining before, and was underwhelmed by the length of the ziplines and the length of the tour itself. This was exhilarating from the start with the Tarzan swing and it just kept going. The last few lines over valley were breathtaking. Josef and Fray were amazing guides, very patient, and made our kids laugh often. I loved that the guides went with you the whole way rather than just getting sent from platform to platform. If you're looking to zipline in Costa Rica, book this trip--it does not disappoint!

My husband and I did this in a light rain in January. Despite the weather it was still amazing! I felt completely safe and the zip line experience is through gorgeous scenery and moving between the lines is fast and still a beautiful part of the experience. You get the option to go Superman style twice and at the end there is an epic Tarzan swing. My husband didn’t do it, but I did and it was one of the most incredible things I’ve done. Very safe and not jerky on your neck or back—the kick is swinging outward and not like a bungee jump—just clean adrenaline rush. Totally recommend for best zip line experience!
