With a guided tour, a leisurely walk in the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve or Curi Cancha Reserve is transformed into an educational outing with plenty of opportunities to see plants, birds, and other wildlife you might miss on your own. Marcos is the best! He can call the birds and they call back. When no one could find a quetzal, he found us three. His true love and knowledge of the botany and complex ecological relationships comes through. But most of all his enthusiasm!

Fabulous. We had a great trip and saw the amazing hummingbirds and the highlight actually stood underneath a tree where we photographed a quetzal.

This tour was amazing! The guide was super knowledgeable and had answers for all our questions. He was well versed in history, ecology, wildlife, and sustainability. He also knew where many bird nests were, so we saw so many great birds. I would definitely recommend this tour!
