George and Vinny were so knowledgeable about the local birds, plants, animals and helped us get the BEST pictures of everything. They were so kind, lovely to chat with, gave us delicious Costa Rican candy, and we got to see howler monkeys, rare hummingbirds, and a quetzal! You can tell this is their passion and that really makes the experience so much more special. And I saw a waterfall for the first time!

George is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. We saw a quetzal, many other birds, and a bat, all while learning so much information about the environment and animals. This was a highlight of our trip!
He went over and above and even let us take his SUV for a slight medical emergency for a child. Book with George- you will not regret it!

George, the guide, is amazing. Personable, knowledgeable and charismatic. He wove history, past lore and detailed information about the flora and fauna into a fabulous tour. We have had a lot of cool experiences, but this was hands down the best so far.

I had the most amazing time with George of the Cloudforest. I’m a really big fan of birds and so is George, so we went on a quest to see the quetzal. And we succeeded! George speaks really good English, has a lot of knowledge of the nature and animals of the Cloudforest. I really recommend going on a guided tour with George!

George is the best guide, no question! He brings such passion and knowledge to you tour through the cloud forest that you won't want your time with him to end. We have been in Costa Rica now for 3 weeks, visited all of the parks and had tour guides in all of them and George far exceeded all that we had before,,,and we've had some really god guides, George is just that good!

This was by far the best experience we had in CR ( and we had awesome experiences in CR)! Our guide, Roy was super knowledgeable and very friendly! we got to see some incredible birds even though it was raining and foggy! The booking process with George was incredible, he helped us arrange transportation and was very friendly! Well worth the price and 100% recommend!

George was amazing! We communicated before the tour and he offered to pre buy our entrance tickets to the park so we wouldn't have to wait in line. When we arrived it was easy to find him and the rest of our group. He made sure we weren't in big noisy crowds and led us down some quieter trials to find different species of plants and wildlife. We saw spider monkeys, a tarantula, a beautiful owl, several beautiful birds and even got to wait and watch for a hummingbird mama who had recently built a nest where she was raising her chicks. George told us about all the ways the ecosystem works together in this unique biodiverse forest. I was interested in everything he shared and really enjoyed conversing. We were all able to ask questions and he was able to thoroughly answer each one of them. I highly recommend this tour, it is worth every minute and a great value.
