Isadora was wonderful and very knowledgeable and accommodating. We toured the parmesaan factory and did a private vinegar tour. Highly recommend this experience as it was one of our favorite things we did in Italy!

A delightful trip into Modena to sample and learn about Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and balsamic vinegar from the actual producers. Our knowledgeable and peppy guide was Isadora. She knows the people and the producers and gave us a factory tour as detailed as if she was one of their employees. We learned so much and certainly feasted on the sample products, in each case buying several - right from the source. Grazie Isadora - 5 Stars!
