Our tickets were changed, and we were unable to make the tour. Trying to get it corrected was a nightmare and we were unable to correct it. I would not recommend this site.

Exorbitantly expensive without any guide. The problem I have with you is my tickets to the anthropology museum. They were sent by PDF not to Apple wallet was very hard to communicate. The museum itself is fantastic and a must see! The ticket vendor was not great. I was sent tickets for a different time slot than the one I had chosen and had a very difficult time getting ahold of him. He would turn his WhatsApp on and off so when I really needed the tickets, I could not get them - extremely frustrating!

We missed our time window due to an address issue as I was directed to Diego Rivera museum and they would not honor my tickets. The place seemed empty and they would not offer any help despite having already paid for tickets and they were closing within the hour and it was raining outside. I tried to reason with them as we were foreigners and this was our only chance to visit but very rude employees. Visto did not give explicit directions as to where to go. Had you given a direct address this would not have happened. I probably will not use visitor again to book any activities

Good museums — badly coordinated experience!

The museums themselves were a great experience but the organization and communication about the activity were confusing. It wasn’t clear they’re self-guided and the meeting point was misleading because the FK museum has a specified entry time whereas the DR museum doesn’t so the proper order should be suggested instead of left to the tourists.

We met at the diego muesum as instructed but they would not allow us to enter Frieda Kahlo muesum. The front security said they don't accept tickets from viatar which was annoying long story short we were unable to enter the muesum.

Poor service but museum and everyone who worked there was amazing. I'm not recommending Viator

Well first of all we wanted 4:00 tickets. I received a random text from Viator asking if we could do 5pm. I relied yes not knowing museum closes at 6pm. Then I got emails saying my 4:00pm tickets were available. Confusing. We had to wait an hour when we got there and then downloading them was difficult for us and four others in line, who bought through your company

My first attempt at this tour was cancelled. I rebooked, but they said the meeting point was NOT at the Frida Kahlo museum. I had to take an Uber ... and was rushed without a guide! Also ... people at the entrance could not open my ticket/QR code. NOT FUN!!

We really enjoyed the activity, however, Viator description mislead us as there is NO skip the line and these tickets are well over priced. Book early from the museum is best option. We didn’t and paid the price.
