This company is a fraud. I bought two tickets and when we got here only one ticket was valid. I called and they resent tickets. Same issue: DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS THROUGH CITY WONDERS CDMX. I booked Frida Kahlo Museum tickets through this tour company on Viator and had a terrible experience. The confirmation made it seem like everything was set, but the tickets were never delivered. I waited, checked my email repeatedly, and reached out to the operator with no clear response or solution. Because of this, I ended up missing the museum entirely, which was one of the main reasons for my trip. It was not only frustrating but a huge waste of time and money. Viator should reconsider partnering with companies that can’t provide the services they advertise.
