This process was not explained clearly. I went to claim a ticket and the ticket office told me they have. I thing to do with viator and something about tickets in the trash. It was not clear and I was not getting any answers. They encouraged me to buy a ticket directly from the museum. If you are planning to do when the doors open, don’t waste your money on this. They will have tickets and you will get right in because of no line. They also rejected my refund so this was a full waste of money. Poor customer service.

Getting this ticket was actually the best way to go. There was a decent size line to buy an entry ticket there at the museum. The museum is freaking amazing! It's been a lifelong dream to see the Aztec calendar and Coatlicue in person, and I was more amazed than I imagined I would be. The replicas and artifacts are amazing! The stories and information in this museum are beyond exceptional. It is worth every dime and every minute that you will spend!
