The ticket did not work. When I went to redeem the ticket the staff at the museum said it was not valid as no QR code. Contacted viator but no response. Don't bother as there are limited lines at the museum, but directly on arrival.
Make sure you ask for the PDF of the tickets! The lines are long and there isn’t a separate booth to show your skip the line redemption email. Once you have the PDF with the QR codes for the tickets, you can show it to the security checking tickets just past the ticket booths. I was able to get this through the chat feature in the Contact area of the app.
Do not buy these tickets! No ticket is needed for entry and the “skip the line” is to skip the ticket line not the entry. There is not even a line inside because tickets aren’t required. Owner messaged me very rudely and did not refund me.

Prior to our museum visit, we received multiple emails that included a voucher with confirmation # for skip-the-line entry to the Museum of Archeology. The emails told us to present that voucher pdf to the information desk to receive our tickets. Upon arriving to the museum, we were told they could not grant us entry with that voucher. They said we must have a digital pdf of actual tickets. I tried calling the Viator hotline three times, and no one answered. Therefore, I had to get on the ticket line and buy tickets on my own. Viator gave me a refund, but the experience was very inconvenient. I had to stand on a long line and purchase tickets in that moment. Do not sign up for this service. You will be stuck in the same situation!
My tickets did not get delivered before I went to the museum. I had to purchase new. I made a refund report. They were not helpful in the chat or on the phone.
We purchased 4 skip the line tickets for the Anthropology Museum in Mexico City. Only 2 of the four tickets arrived. I sent two emails for help and a refund and I did not receive any response at all. They have NOT responded nor have they refunded the amount owing for the two tickets that never arrived. Terrible service.
Do not get the ticket through this service they won’t let you in with the voucher. We had to purchase tickets again at the ticket counter.

The Museum is spectacular and the displays are unique and interesting. The Mayan and Aztec periods are in later sections, which may be of more interest to many visitors. Most exhibits have information only in Spanish. The Museum Wifi with QR codes for English versions was unreliable. So was Google Translate. While I appreciate the philosophy behind having Spanish-only signage, and as someone who speaks Spanish well, I still felt I missed a lot by not having access to more information in English. I should have done more homework in English, ahead of time. I didn't see any audio tours available, but apparently there are some rentable at the museum entrance, if they don't run out. There are also digital and app-based guides.

The museum is amazing. But unless you get there early, you wait in line. Buying a ticket on Viator ahead of time really doesn’t save you much time.
Even if you buy a ticket online and your email tells you “here is your ticket” it’s lying. It’s not your ticket! Don’t download into your Apple Wallet! It’s NOT your ticket. You’re forced to download their app & get your ticket there. Total waste of time and misleading when you’re trying to gain entrance.
Paid to skip the line at the Anthropological Museum in Mexico City. The tickets weren’t accepted, I had to buy tickets on site after already purchasing them from this company, and stand in line to enter. When my son called to try and rectify the situation, the person representing this company was unwilling to refund and hung up, leaving me paying for tickets twice. I will never ever use this company again and let all friends and family not to trust this company that takes money for nothing in return.

The tour operator never responded via tour did nothing except tell me they needed to talk to the tour operator we were left with no tickets.. I spent $50 on a cab to get there and we left disappointed.. via a tour still hasn’t called me back or refunded my money.

Do not purchase. This ticket does not let you skip the line. Security does not honor this ticket. Once you are inside the front doors the ticket booth line is very short so there is not need for this purchase
An absolute must see, as it celebrates the remarkable diversity of Mexico, and the strength this has given the country.
Beautiful museum, even just the building is worth the visit. This allows you to skip the huge line to buy tickets, though you still have to go through security (it moves fast though). You can spend a full day here, and what’s nice is that there are plenty of places to sit down and relax.
Museum not to be missed, wonderful journey through different periods and civilizations.Early arrival around 9 am to avoid groups with guide,not required anyway.
