We will embark on brief walking tour of Centro Historico, where you will learn about the early years of Tenochtitlan and some facts about what we call CDMX today. The first market we’ll visit is a local spot where you'll get to appreciate murals from the 30s and eat a morning snack. Afterwards, we'll travel by subway to Jamaica market where you will marvel at the diversity of its flowers and try a traditional quesadilla. You'll pick the ingredients for your salsa- completely to your taste. Your salsa making lesson will take place in a family-run eatery that has been there for generations and your teacher will be a family member.
