Overview

Have a classic Mexico City experience with a tour that combines two of the city’s most fun activities, with everything arranged and explained by your guide. The Lucha Libre outing at Arena Mexico was epic - highly recommend! The wrestling is super impressive; very acrobatic, high intensity, makes for a fun watch. The arena felt super safe, capacity was about 16,000, and energy was high (go on a Friday or Saturday). Our guide, Paki, was the absolute best! From the dinner to the matches, he was very helpful, informative, explained how lucha libre works, and gave us tons of interesting facts. He navigated a group of 13 of us into the arena with ease on a super busy night... so that's saying a lot! Also, the seats were phenomenal!

Not worth it- book yourself to Lucha Libre and have a nicer dinner

I am not sure how this tour has 5 star reviews. The vehicle she sent to pick us up kept breaking down causing us to be 30 min late. When we arrived she barely spoke to our group and the restaurant was not close to the event and not that good. When we headed to Lucha Libre she again didn't say a word and we had to ask her for information for the kids to understand more about the event. All in all I was disappointed and would not recommend.

The van had mechanical problems and upon your request the agency demanded the transportation service to change the vehicle, which they did in time and there were no delays. The guide was calling the van service trying to solve the problem as a priority, and kept helping the customers with the menu options and everything they requested, BUT without interrupting their conversations. As a way of apologizing for the vehicle inconvenience, the agency paid for the beers the clients ordered in the restaurant, which represented almost $900 pesos, but the review forgets to mention this. As we explained, van providers for large groups are external to the tour agency, and unfortunately we can't control them, the only thing we can do is solve problems when they arise and try to keep the tour going as planned, which happened here. In addition, the rest of the group seemed happy and unbothered, even the children who were helped into which lucha libre masks to buy and were lent board games at the restaurant to be entertained.

Very good guide!!! She is so knowledgeable about the culture and history!!! She is very funny, artistic and helpful, best customer service I’ve had in Mexico City! I would definitely book a tour with Gabriela again! We have the same last name 😂🌮🥰🪩🥹🥳🎇
