Exercise while having fun!

This was such a great tour!! I really enjoyed it and would recommend it. Be prepared for a bit of a hike, though.

Don’t look any further, this is the coffee tour for you. This family farm has been around for generations. Christian is enthusiastic, funny, kind, knowledgeable…everything you want in a tour leader. We learned everything to know about the growing and roasting process including a detailed description of the various methods of brewing (i.e. French, Belgian, Turkish, American) . And to top it off we received a tour of how they make sugar and had the opportunity to ride their mules. We were privileged to meet his grandfather and two of his three beautiful daughters. And his lovely and kind wife ran the Spanish speaking tour. The lunch was delicious with a beautiful view. And they even included a thank you gift to us. Stop looking and book this tour!!!

Fun and Memorable!

This is an amazing overall coffee experience for someone like me who do not drink coffee. The son of the coffee plantation owner really made it so enjoyable and love listening to his wonderful stories. He has a kind and gentle soul, with loads of patience. We were very fortunate that he was our guide as he made the visit so fun and memorable.

Best Coffee Experience in Medellin! Thank you to Ana & Christian for their amazing hospitality. And the rest of the group from Finca La Arrinconada! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we knew them for years. Great Tour, Full of Information

Our tour guide (I believe her name is Ana Maria) was extremely well versed in all things coffee and provided really great information all throughout the tour. Fair warning for those that are easily distracted over long periods of listening to information (or those with younger children) - there is a lot of information delivered with minimal breaks, so if that is something that is off-putting for you, fair warning this may not be the tour for you. If you are like me and love to hear as much history and science as possible, this is the perfect tour for you. The coffees and teas that we tasted were delicious and were available for purchase after the tour for very affordable prices (by my American standards!). The lunch provided was also quite good and the lunch location had really beautiful views. Additionally, the driver sent to pick me up, Jhony, was fantastic, gave me a really great quick history lesson on Medellín and fit in a quick stop for breakfast when we arrived at the coffee plantation a bit early. Overall I think this was well organized tour, and I would recommend anyone to take advantage of the opportunity if you have the time!
