The tour stars at one time. The site allows you to book after that start time (and after you’ve paid) and then reached out to let you know it’s not doable. Listing an actual start time is necessary if the tour starts at a specific time.

Our coffee farm tours operate in the morning, and unfortunately, your reservation was made for 11:30 p.m., which is outside of our available hours. We understand how this may have caused frustration, and we acknowledge that our scheduling setup may not have been as clear as it should be. We are currently working to ensure that all tour times are correctly displayed to avoid any future misunderstandings. That said, we promptly processed your refund and truly appreciate your patience. Our driver Hector showed up at our hotel on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got to the coffee farm and was met by Christina who was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and so very friendly. We learned so much and just had a great time. Would book thru your tour group again.
