This was the most UNORGANIZED and OVERPRICED tour I have ever been on!

This tour was NOT what I paid for. We paid for a PRIVATE, ENGLISH speaking guide, with FISHING. We had to complain to get a private tour, NOBODY spoke english, and apparently there was no time for fishing as they had to rush back for their next tour. Our included lunch was waiting for us when we arrived at the restaurant - cold. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. We only stopped at one viewpoint for pictures the entire ATV trip. Basically, we arrived, rode up to the restaurant, ate, rode back down. Seriously?? My husband and I are full time travellers/vloggers on YouTube and have been on many tours - This was the most UNORGANIZED and OVERPRICED tour I have ever been on!

Hi Josee, thanks for the review, we believe it is not accurate though: the driver (and guide) speaks fluent English and gave you all the instructions and talked to you in your language, the other assistant who guides the ATVS does not speak well, but we were there all the time for you, even to accommodate you guys with a private guide, because we forgot it was private (our bad) but fixed it right away, we make mistakes as well. Keep in mind we always contact our customers prior to the activity but you wouldn't answer on Tripadvisor nor WhatsApp. Regarding the fishing, you took a bit longer eating and chatting even when we have stablished on the site that the activity is an hour and a half tour and although we are flexible and patient, we spent 30 more minutes with you both, what else did you want? we could not wait any longer. Some customers don't like photos on the road while some do, and the moment you booked the tour (and even before the activity) we made it clear that time is yours and that we could tailor the activity based on your needs, you could have advised you wanted to stop more times, we cannot read your thoughts, we like to communicate! we accept the review with all the respect and willingness to improve, but don't think it was worthy of 1 out of 5, we had 15 more people this day and they all liked it. Good luck in your trip, all the best to you and sorry this tour didn't meet your expectations.

Thirty minute ride up to the mountains- bought beers first at the rental location and then to the ATVs. These are good throttle -limited models that a guide leads you on rugged paths and some paved roads to a delicious seafood lunch and beers at the summit and then back down to the guide post. Good for adults only- I would not recommend for those under 12. My brother had a spill on a downgrade but no harm no foul no report. Great for first timers!

This tour was amazing. The ATV wasn't difficult to ride and views were absolutely breathtaking. My guide took awesome Instagram worthy photos and hotel pickup and drop off was smooth. Overall a great experience and a must-try!
