We will hike to the base of a giant waterfall with 100 mts of height and the difficult level is 3.5, please bring comforable walking shoes and extra dry shoes and clothes (to change into after trip)

Great tour, beautiful nature, highly recommend to all adrenaline junkies! Make sure to wear something that fully covers your body, mosquitoes are terrible!

Fantastic day. Zip lined over an amazing valley with waterfalls. On the other side we were treated to the most delicious cup of coffee. Enjoyed splendid views in a tranquil and idyllic setting. Then hiked down to view the waterfalls close up. This was the closest I have been to such a powerful waterfall. Really special. The hike back up was great exercise and at the top we were rewarded with a rest in the hammocks while lunch was prepared. Everyone was very nice and the scenery spectacular. After lunch zip lined back across. The hiking back from the zip to the entry point is again another chance to get in some exercise. I absolutely loved this experience. Just looking out over the valley was such a reminder of how magnificent nature is and how important it is to appreciate it. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Wow! What an incredible, 5 star day!!! This private tour exceeded all our expectations. Our guide, Esteban, was extremely professional, friendly, and personable. The Ecopark was very well-maintained and very safe. After arriving, we hiked down to a platform and enjoyed expresso overlooking the beautiful scenery. (We realized later this was probably to give us an energy boost for the upcoming hike!!!). After ziplining across, we hiked down to the waterfall. It was steep, but a well-maintained trail. Esteban was our personal photographer and we had great photos to bring home. He was VERY PATIENT with me as we hiked back up to the platform. This was a huge advantage of having our our private guide. I didn't feel rushed at all by the physical ability of everyone else around me. After we made it back to the platform, we zipped back across and finished the hike up. We were then served an incredible meal, freshly prepared and cold juice and other beverages to replenish the energy spent. This was one of the best experiences we had in Colombia and we highly recommend this tour and this Ecopark. Thank you, Esteban, for a great day!!!

Waste of time and money.

So zipline was the main attraction and despite weather clear, they say wet line and wind means it cannot happen. 300 dollars down the drain. Bear in mind they seem very accommodating. But they refise to even offer a partial refund? Bad business. Shady people. Couldn't even see waterfall because you need zipline to get to waterfall. Don't go. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Thanks Zachary for your incomplete and imprecise review where you aren't telling the complete history of the facts and your writing this because we refuse to refund a money that you have already lost. 1. You accepted all terms and conditions knowing a 24 hours refund policy was applied. 2. You had a problem with your flight to do the tour on the scheduled date and we offer with NO PENALTY a reschedule to try to help you even having extra cost for us. 2. We were extremely kind to help you with the other company you have lost another tour and we re accommodate ours for your benefit and starting in the afternoon (1st time we do this) because this tour starts in the morning and we did it in the afternoon for you don't lose your other tour, don't be so senseless. 3. Why do you claim a refund even when your 24 hour policy expired and you already lost your money cause issues that don't belong to us. We rescheduled this for helping you, and you were so happy we did. We have all the WhatsApp conversation where we can prove this. 4. This is not a bad business. You can see we have viator and tripadvisor prizes for our excellent services, you can see it in all 5 start reviews. 6. You couldn't go to waterfall because you had another tour and you asked to us not to go because you needed to go to the other one and we helped you even we could have refused to do it. This is a full day tour and it starts in morning. 7. The zipline was no possible because you came in afternon and you had another tour and you would lost it if we wouldn't have helped you. Don't be so ungrateful. You already have lost the tour.

This was one of the best experience and adventure my wife and I have ever been on. From the pick up to the drop off all the drivers, guides, and staff were exceptional.. Our guide Thomas was informative and very professional. We would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Columbia. Get ready for a exhilarating and physical experience. Kevin and Jennifer.
