The driver was already waiting for us when we landed. There was a long line at immigration, and we were one of the last few to clear it. He contacted me in advance and gave clear instructions where he will be waiting for us with the sign or where we should meet him in case we get lost. He helped with the luggage and made sure we had all our bags with us. Transfer from the airport was smooth, uneventful and pleasant.

Booked a trip both to and from the airport. Both times, drivers were early and ready to help with baggage. Both were super friendly and both cars were clean. The company quickly sent out a confirmation via WhatsApp with clear directions on where I'd meet the driver. The company even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. My hotel was over an hour away from the airport and I arrived after dark. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for distance or the time of night. The driver was waiting for me with a sign board and a smile at the airport exit and he got me to my hotel safely.
