I can totally recommend this shuttle bus service. We used it two times between the airport and the hotel. Everything was perfect. The pickup time back to the airport was at 5am and the driver was there in time. The communication was always easy and direct via Whatsapp.

The driver waited for us on time upon our arrival at the agreed meeting point. Contact was made in advance via WhatsApp without any problems and he had a sign with our name. The minibus offered plenty of space for the four of us and our 5 large suitcases. The provider is recommended.

3 transferts réalisés. Le premier transfert le chauffeur en retard de 40 min et le dernier transfert a était chaotique. Chauffeur avec plus d’une heure de retard. Le chauffeur dédié ne s’est pas présenter, 2 autres « chauffeurs » sont venus nous récupérer en 2 voitures différentes sans siège auto pour mes enfants (alors que les sièges ont été confirmé par l’agence), chauffeur ne parlant ni anglais et ni français, parlant uniquement l’hindi (travail au black??!), aucune explication reçu, aucun dialogue et qui en fin de course nous réclame le paiement alors que celui-ci a était régler en amont via Viator.

Malheureusement, le chauffeur a été retardé lors du premier transfert en raison du trafic. Pour le second transfert, le minibus est tombé en panne, et dans nos efforts pour votre récupérer à l'aéroport a temps, nous avons envoyé deux voitures à la place. Cependant, dans la précipitation, nos chauffeurs ont oublié les deux sièges bébé. En ce qui concerne les chauffeurs, comme dans de nombreux secteurs à Maurice, nous employons des expatriés en raison d'un manque de main-d'œuvre locale. Dans votre cas, les chauffeurs étaient d'origine indienne et parlent anglais. Ils sont continuellement formés pour fournir un service de qualité. Quant au paiement qui vous a été demandé, il concernait les sièges bébé, qui, malheureusement, n'ont pas été fournis. Aucun frais n'a été appliqué pour les transferts eux-mêmes.Nous regrettons profondément cet oubli et nous nous engageons à apporter des améliorations pour garantir une meilleure expérience à l'avenir.
