Once you meet, you’ll be escorted to your vehicle where you can relax and enjoy the ride, which should take around 1-2 hours. This is a private transfer service for you and your group of up to three.

Pickup was actually _early_. The ride to the airport was relatively quick and the driver, while not exactly chatty, was polite and held some conversation. Assistance was given with loading and unloading my luggage.

A wonderful 1 hour trip to the Shangri La hotel. We have to wait a few minutes for the driver. Next time we will book Viator again.

Driver was not waiting at door 5 as advised. Lucky I had phone data so could call company via Whatsapp. However, driver valled me and said meet him in car park and he wouldn't meet me in terminal. If I had no phone I would have been completely stuck.

Driver was not at the airport gate we looked for over 20 minutes called out for holiday r us but no one replied looked outside and in eventually someone found him for us but as he did not speak English we have no idea where he had been maybe because the flight was delayed he sat in his taxi?

Driver arrived on time and was waiting for us at arrivals area. Didn’t help with pushing the luggage across the long parking lot. Drive was monotonous as he didn’t give any history or tips or info on Mauritius unless asked. It was a no frills ride.
If you are seeking just a safe journey from Point A to Point B, it’s a great option. It was our first time in Mauritius and perhaps had blindly set higher expectations based on previous travel experience.

Driver was late. After a 30 hour trip you are hoping the driver is waiting for your after baggage claim with a sign. This was not the case and we had to call the tour operator.
