We met in Lahaina, and the instructions to get to the meeting point were incredibly easy to follow. Once we got on the catamaran, the experience was amazing—we saw dolphins and whales up close! The food and drinks were excellent, and the crew was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly made the whole experience unforgettable. I highly recommend them!

Horrible. It said to be at the harbor at 3:30. We pulled in at 3:28. Saw a large group of people. They asked who we were with. We said Sail Maui and the tour guide from that company informed us that they had already left. Again, we were not late. We were here at the time the reservation said. Nowhere did it say to arrive earlier. Complete waste of time and a family disappointed on our last day here in Maui. I'll post this review everywhere I can. I just got off the phone with support. She said the captain said the tour left at 3. Which makes no sense. If i could post the screenshot here, I would. It clearly says 3:30. This is absurd. It's stay from Sail Maui at all costs.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unable to board your sail. Our check-in time is 30 minutes prior to all departures, and 3:30 PM was the scheduled departure time for this trip. We include this information on all booking confirmations and apologize if this detail was missed. Again, we sincerely apologize that this happened and for any miscommunication.

The whole experience was amazing! Very clear instructions from start to finish. The guides, staff and captain were amazing- great vibes, very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was a perfect size, not too big, great snacks and drinks and overall we had a very pleasant experience. Not to the mention the whale watching itself was incredible! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Gorgeous boat. Friendly, warm staff serving drinks of all sorts to everyone. Whales! Worth every penny and I’d absolutely do it again.
