Thoroughly enjoyable experience. We wish we had booked the 3 hour experience. Dont eat beforehand as you get to eat your delicious tagine afterwards.

Amazing experience. My only regret was not doing the 3 hour cooking class. I also booked thr hammam before the cooking workshop at the same hotel that the class is in and had drinks at the rooftop. Great value for what I paid.

Loved everything about this excursion. We started out sharing tea around a big table filled with jars of spices where our coordinator taught us about the spices used in Moroccan cuisine. We had the chance to smell them and learn of their origins. She explained about the traditional tagine, both the cookware and the meal. From there, we went to the cooking area, where we learned from the dada (female cook) how to make 3 traditional dishes. Everyone was so happy to be there and work with us, which made working in the kitchen pure joy. Finally, we sat in the dining room and were served the meal we just cooked. We highly recommend this excursion.

The experience was wonderful. The cooking teacher is extremely kind and professional and the food tasted amazing. My son (14) and I loved the experience. The cooking school set up is very professional and the customer service is five star.
If you have time get there early and have a coffee/tea/cold drink in the hotel. The hotel is beautiful.

Absolutely amazing. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience. Everyone involved was so informative and made sure to teach us the most important things behind Moroccan culture and its cuisine. It was so much fun to take this cooking class. Mohammad was very knowledgeable and we learnt about spices used in Moroccan cuisine quite a bit. The tajine we cooked was so tasty and I am looking forward to making it at home. This was an absolute A+++ experience.

We did the 1 hour cooking class. It was absolutely fabulous, the instructors were great and the food was even better that we cooked. The whole experience was 10/10 and the staff were beyond helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we’re backing on for the three hours lesson in a few days.

My daughter and I absolutely loved this cooking class! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was really lovely. The class was extremely well organized, the workspace was so pleasant to cook in and the teachers/chef were incredible. We learned a lot about Moroccan customs and also about tea and spices. I would attend another class here in a heartbeat. We truly loved it.

My wife and l we've enjoyed so much with this activity.
Because we have a flight in the same day we couldn't apply for the 3 hours course, instead of 1 hour.
Wafa and Fatiha have been out teachers in the kitchen.
Both of them have been far kind with us.
It's an experience that we recommend to eberybody.
When we'll arrive out home we'll prepare more tajín, for sure

I had a 1hour cooking lesson here and it was amazing. You learn so much in 1 hour, about the history of the moroccan people, the art of cooking a tagine. How to make moroccan mint tea, properly and ceremonially.
The chef was very patient and helpful. And Hasna, who assisted with everything and interpreted was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly.
An experience not to be missed.
