Overview

If you want to learn to make traditional Moroccan food by a local chef, and keep costs down while you’re doing it, then this is a great tour for you. You’ll share the workshop with up to eight passengers, so it is still an intimate group. Your chef, Dounia, will take you shopping in the medina, explain the ingredients, and then you’ll start to cook. At the end, enjoy your homemade Moroccan feast.

Wonderful class with a great aunt/niece team who are really knowledgeable and well organized. I've taking many cooking classes over the years and this one is the best. The setting was great and the food was more than delicious. One issue is that the meeting point was incorrect in the app so I missed the shopping portion. Second, I haven't received the recipes yet. I hope they will come soon.
