    Pickup is available from all hotels and riads in Marrakech. If your accommodation is inside the Medina or inaccessible by vehicle, we will arrange the nearest accessible meeting point. Pickup begins approximately 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Travelers will receive exact pickup details upon confirmation. Look for our driver holding an “IN MARRAKECH” sign for easy identification.

    This was a scam! No bus to pick me up. I waited outside my hotel for more than an hour from 6:30-7:30! Absolutely no communication. No regund!
