Wow! What an experience! We booked this quite last minute (the evening before). Although it took a little while to confirm pick up arrangements and getting a little lost trying to find our pick up spot, once we were with our driver, everything was beyond expectation. The flight experience is so well organised and filled us with utmost confidence from start to finish. Our pilot was just brilliant. Really funny, very skilled and he put us all at ease straight away. We went on an absolute perfect morning and words just cannot describe. I’d highly recommend this excursion!

The hot air balloon ride...

The hot air balloon ride was a beautiful and peaceful experience. Floating quietly above the landscape at sunrise felt surreal, with incredible views in every direction. What made it even better was how safe the captain made us feel throughout the journey calm, experienced, and always reassuring. The ground crew also worked incredibly hard, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I’d highly recommend.

This is a must if you are visiting Marrakesh. Our driver (I think it was Zohair) was in contact the day before, picked us up on time and couldn’t do enough for us. We visited in February and although it is warm in the day you need to take warm clothing for the sunrise hot air balloon trip, I was still a little cold and Zohair got me a blanket to wear. The hot air balloon trip itself is one of the most beautiful experiences me and my partner have ever experienced. Breakfast after was lovely and you can sit and enjoy watching the rest of the sunrise above Atlas Mountains. We opted to buy the personalised video (approx. £28) which they ask you about on the day, for us it was well worth the money to remember this and have video footage that you wouldn’t be able to get yourself. Overall I would 100% recommend this trip for anyone who is visiting Marrakesh!
