First of all there was no specific time for the entry… i contacted aviator and asked what time we need to be there and they asked what time I want to start the tour. So i told them 13:00. Then they sent me a message saying that the tour will start at 12:00. Due to this change, our entire schedule was compromised, and we were unable to attend our 12:00 booking at the YSL Museum.

NON COMPRATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DA QUESTA AGENZIA !!! MI HANNO RUBATO I SOLDI. Mi hanno fatto comprare i biglietti per questa visita programmata per il giorno 31.01 al mattino. l'agenzia mi chiama e mi dice che non era disponibile e mi chiede di spostare al giorno successivo ma avevo il volo di ritorno quindi non potevo, e mi promettono un rimborso completo. SONO SPARITI !!! non rispondono al telefono e viator non mi rimborsa 180€ spesi. LADRI !!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. They made me purchase tickets for a tour scheduled for the morning of January 31st. The agency then called me saying the tour was not available and asked me to move it to the following day, but I had my return flight and couldn’t do it. They promised me a full refund. THEY DISAPPEARED!!! They don’t answer the phone anymore and Viator is not refunding the €180 I paid. THIEVES!!!

We booked a trip to the Majorel garden in Marrakech, costs € 105 but it was a scam!!! Viator does NOT sell valid tickets for this event!!! Also requested a full refund but of course they wrote it is not there problem!! DON’T use this APP!!! It all looks wonderful but they sell you AIR!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Disaster - absolutely do not book Had a WhatsApp message late at night from a random number telling us our booking, which had been paid in advance, could not be fulfilled. I contacted viator via their app support and they sent me ticket voucher by email and assured me it was valid. We arrived at jardin Majorelle, with 3 kids after expensive taxi ride, to be told voucher was not valid and we could not enter. Our family left standing in the street - viator have not responded to messages, absolutely no support. This was our only day available to visit the Jardin Majorelle - hugely disappointed. Viator should be ashamed of this service.

The garden itself is worth visiting - very serene, well kept and a pleasure to walk through. Took points off for the huge discrepancy in price between what we were charged through Viator and the price on the actual website and entry point. Would recommend booking through the garden’s website versus Viator. Viator is clearly taking tourists for a ride and getting rich in the process. Will not be booking with them again.

Misleading price information on confirmation invoice stating I paid 340 Moroccan Dirhams (2 x 140) - approximately £27 but took Viator £80 UK pound sterling from my bank. It was not worth the money for basic entry to garden. It only took half an hour to walk around and that was with my 88 year old uncle who uses a walking stick

Horrible experience with this agency, they scammed us and were unable to provide us with tickets. We were denied entry and contacted the agent who said they cannot give us tickets even though they listed them online as available. They have rejected my request for a refund. Do not lose your money.

Booking Majorel Gardens through Viator turned out to be something of a mixed bag. First off, when you book a day, you don’t actually get to choose a time—this is allocated automatically. That’s fine in theory, but in practice it caused conflicts with other pre-booked activities. It’s a pity Viator doesn’t use a bit of AI logic to avoid clashes or at least offer smarter scheduling. We did manage to move our visit to another day, but even then the new time slot was changed again, forcing us to rearrange other plans. Not ideal. As for the gardens themselves, they feel a bit like the Emperor’s New Clothes. Pleasant enough, yes, but nothing that justifies the sheer number of staff and security milling around, which perhaps explains the rather steep entrance fee. And to top it off, your ticket doesn’t include entry to the additional museum inside — that costs extra. It’s a nice stroll for 40 minutes or so, but overall it’s simply too expensive for what it is. A decent stop if you’re nearby, but not the must-see it’s made out to be.

I did not get a chance to see the gardens because Viator sold me tickets that did not exist… I paid 3 x the price for 4 tickets because I was only going to be in Marrakech that one day - and then they sent me a message saying they had overbooked the tickets and that there was availability 2 days later, when I would no longer be there. I am waiting for my refund in good faith, after which I will dispute the charge if I don’t get a refund. Buyer beware!!

The gardens are fantastic but Viator charged 80.00 gbp for 2 tickets whose face value was less than half the price Viator charged. . No travel arrangements were included in that price. Taxi was from main square and less than 5 gbp. The Price was a rip off so just get your tickets from from gardens website and organise your own transport.

Book your tickets directly through jardin Majorelle. It is clear these vendors buy up all the tickets to make them impossible to get without paying double the price. It’s disgusting.

We were officially scammed by the local company Sunny Morocco. They called me saying they couldn't find tickets for the Garden and that they could cancel and refund my money. When I returned to my country, I didn't receive the refund. They charged me for a trip I didn't go on.

All it is, is a small, well manicured park with lots of different species of plants. And oh yes, a blue and yellow building. The Berber art museum can be accessed through the park. However, I absolutely cannot see the reason why it is hyped up so much! We got there first expecting to be able to purchase tickets at the venue and were disappointed to see that was not possible. Fair enough, we booked online using Viator for the next day. Viator charged us £120 for 2 adults, 2 children + 1 infant. Only to realise that the official ticket pre-booking link (which can only be found ironically on a placard outside the venue!) was only 500 MAD which is around £42. The place was full of snooty, pretentious guests, probably straight out of YSL museum next door, dressed as though they were on a fashion show. We hardly spent 30 minutes here. Children were bored of the walk. It was really hot at the time of the year too (end of May). Sure - visit here if you’re into your botanical studies of cacti and desert plant species. But if you’re visiting Marrakesh and think this is ‘must visit’ like some people say - you’re not really missing much IMHO.

The business model for this operator is pricing based on demand and supply. We decided at the last minute to get the tkts only to find no availability except for from here. Yes you have to pay a hefty premium but that is a choice one has to make.

We were denied entry at the gate because the operator issued a ticket for 12pm and we have an afternoon flight. There was no option to choose a timing when you book this tour in Viator so we assumed it was valid for any time of the day. We requested the operator if they can amend the timing since we were already there but we were told to just speak to the manager of Majorelle who was also not helpful and has zero customer service. She was annoyed at us for even asking and was basically told that it’s not her problem. I told the operator to just refund the ticket since it was unused and also requested Viator to just refund me. VIATOR did not refund me and refused to give back my money! Never again using Viator and this operator.
