Although the pilot was great, the experience overall was very unorganized. We missed the sunrise. The driver stopped to get gat on the way which i dont understand why he didnr do before picking up the passengers. We did not get a pre flight continental breakfast, flight certificate or camel ride. The views were incredible once we eventually got on the balloon. But again, missed the sunset which was disappointing.

The experience overall was great as we had a fantastic driver to go there and the most amazing and funny captain you can wish for. We did a few hot balloon tour in other countries and the take off and landing were amazing here with Abdel Aziz. The we also has a berber breakfast in "family"..kinda all made up for tourist but nice. Then our driver brought us to a palm garden where 5 of us paid $15 each for a dromedary tour and some extra fun. The only stressful part was to be left without answers to our questions for a few days as we wanted to have a closer point of pick up. We tried calling without success and left emails without responses. We reached out to Viator and finally got answers around 4 pm the day before which was stressful as we were a family of 7 and did not know where or at what time to meet.

The balloon flight was amazing, no complaints about it, but the activity organization was a bit bad. We didn't get our pre-flight breakfast as mentioned in the description, no flight certificate and refreshments, no water, and very basic Berber breakfast that was too late to call it breakfast... Also, no Spanish speaker guide.

The driver was 25 minutes late picking me up, so that influenced my mood for the rest of tour. I was standing around on a street waiting, so ut wasn't a comfortable wait. Everything else was OK. Balloon pilot was funny

Was disappointed guide didn’t speak to us at all the staff at ballon place was very good and helpful .. ballon ride was meant to be hour and was 45 mins and was juts over the area we took off from and thought may have gone towards the mountain range … breakfast staff was freindly was juts cold hard boiled eggs and bread there was little down time and felt rushed also was listed as camel ride and yet was no mention or camels when I asked was ignored … amd was disappointed massively as this was for a friends birthday

Extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend this company. Nor would ai recommend Viator! Do not use. They were not accommodating to my family and I. There was also no helpful communication between Viator and these partner companies. Book with someone else.

Easy pickup at hotel! Pastry and tea before takeoff. Our ballon operator was very enjoyable and the morning sunrise over the Atlas Mountains was awesome. The silence when drifting was so peaceful. We had a very easy landing! After landing. Had a nice Moroccan breakfast served by the wives of operators.

It was a wonderful experience truly a once in a lifetime thing. The pilot was funny and made everyone feel relaxed. I'm not a nervous flyer but if you were then he would make the experience enjoyable. The take off and landing were so so smooth. Unfortunately my wife was ill on the day of our flight so she really missed out on an unbelievable experience.

We were 30 minutes late being picked up which wasn't ideal when we had been waiting since 5:20am. This also meant we didn’t get any refreshments prior to the flight and we also weren't given a flight certificate when we landed as detailed. Our pilot was friendly and the flight lasted for half an hour which was plenty. The camel ride was fun but it wasn’t in the dessert and it was a quick loop round what felt like a clearing between buildings, and that was it. We didn’t get the Berber dress with the camel ride either. This part of the experience felt rather unplanned and felt rather rushed. All in all glad we experienced this however we didn’t get a lot of the things mentioned which is a bit disappointing not to have had the full experience.
