We were kept up to date with the arrival time of the pick up via whatsapp, including pictures of the hotel on arrival! Our guide was so lovely, pointing out things along the way. We picked up one other and headed out to Adouar village where we were dressed up and only my daughter and I were there for the camel ride! The rain paused for half an hour for a little ride around the rocky ground. We felt safe and were looked after. The views weren't incredible, mostly due to the weather though! The guide said the rain was coming and we should turn back. Sure enough the rains came!! We were drenched! But were taken inside for berber tea to warm us up! Afterwards we were taken around the old Morocco village and told all about the history, It was very interesting and completely unexpected. We were asked if we wanted our names carving in Arabic into any of the items they had. The small ones we had were 100mad each or 10euros. The guide didn't expect a tip at all and was very grateful that we did. We had a fabulous day, made even better that it was so quiet, we ended up on a private tour! The guides were happy to take photos and would run around to get the best shots with your phone! I would say with the rain and the lack of anyone around it felt a little rough and ready which for us was perfect! If you're after the experience of riding a camel and learning a little history then this is for you!

The camel riding was great and so was the guide, we loved the place where you could have a mint tea. The reason I marked it down was we booked the 11am trip. I didn’t hear from anyone about the pick up so we assumed 11.00. At 9.30 the driver was outside and we had no idea we were due to be picked up. We were not ready, hadn’t had breakfast or completed check out. They gave us 10 mins to get ready which was really stressful. Apparently they sent an email the night before but I didn’t receive it. Email is not the best communication for tourists especially the night before a trip. If it’s that late notice I should have received a call or message. It spoilt our time which was a shame.

BOOK THIS TOUR!!!!! i cannot recommend this tour enough. everything about this experience was incredible. to start off they pick you up AND drop from anywhere you want( amazing for tourists). second the transportation was safe and air conditioning. but of course the best part the camel ride…. they dress you in traditional moroccan clothing and help you get on the camel. they take a million pictures of you and make sure you like them. they also take a video during the ride that you can purchase after for 100dh ($10us). afterwords we enjoyed mint tea and pastries in this gorgeous villa with a courtyard with traditional moroccan style. overall the tour was 2 hours + 45 transportation depending on where you’re located( they will drop you off at a different location then where they pick you up if you like). everyone was incredibly nice, asked if we were okay and if we needed anything. they are multiple staff walking with you to make sure the camel is on the right track. made you feel very comfortable, could not recommend enough lastly, kids are allowed to sit with there parents and they also had smaller size clothing for them

Unfortunately our guide was over 30mins late due to a hold up in traffic and we had to get 2 other locals to call him to see where he was. It was unexpectedly and unseasonably hot. Our small group opted to cut the camel ride short (over 40 degrees) but the guys with the camels were chatty and helped put people at ease

They picked us up from our hotel on time and took us to the camels where we were dressed in traditional costumes and hepled on them, had some lovely photos and videos taken by them then after the ride was given some refreshing tea would highly recommend.

A nice camel ride but does not respect the announcement we had to do 45 min instead of an hour as indicated on the announcement. Moreover, there is no visit to a Berber village so very disappointed because the announcement is false. The shepherds for their part were kind and offered us little camels woven with leaves as souvenirs

Pour préciser la prestation : la balade comprend bien 45 minutes de montée à dos de dromadaire plus 15 minutes supplémentaires prévues pour les photos et la dégustation de thé, ce qui correspond au total annoncé. We made an unforgettable camel ride in Palm Marrakech. We were very well received by the driver and the guide who came to pick us up to the hotel. Prise en charge a l'hôtel oui, mais prévenu 5min avant de l'heure à laquelle on venait nous chercher. Le minibus "climatisé " arrive, puis il a fallu récupérer une 10aine de personnes éparpillées dans la ville. Nous avons fait plus de bus que de chameau ( dromadaire d'ailleurs! ). Il n'y a rien a voir à la palmeraie. Ne vous embêtez pas à prendre un guide en français, personne ne vous parle, ni ne vous explique ce qu'est la palmeraie, ou ne vous parle des tenues que l'on vous fait porter... le guide marche tout à l'avant de la file de dromadaire attachés les uns aux autres, bref. Je me suis senti comme un enfant à qui on fait faire un tour de poney dans un parc, avec regrets et doutes sur le traitement de ces animaux.
