Getting off the cruise ship & finding our transfer was an absolute nightmare. The volume of drivers trying to find their passengers was an absolute mess. Our driver Mark did his absolute best. He contacted me through WhatsApp to let me know he was there, right on time. I can’t blame him at all for any of the chaos.
