I was originally slated to take the 10 am tour. I was waiting at the stop to catch the bus to the meeting spot in Palma de Mallorca and received a phone call from Jane, the vendor. She advised me that it was supposed to rain until 12 PM. We agreed that she would call me back at 11 AM to confirm that the activity would be going forward. At 11 AM, I received a call and was told that the activity would be going forward. I arrived at the vendor's location and met Nina, my tour guide for my fat tire bike tour of Palma de Mallorca. She gave me a safety orientation, adjusted my seat and then we were off. We had so much fun together. She is an amazing storyteller and made history come alive for me on the adventure. She took me by the Gaudi inspired building that used to be a dental office that now has a bakery on the ground floor. We visited many different historical structures, including the town hall, the first boutique hotel in Palma called the Hotel Capucchino, churches, the street that is the Rodeo Dr. of Palma and we ended the adventure at the Cathedral. Nina took several pictures of me and gave me plenty of time to take pictures on my own. We really had a good time together and being an avid cyclist of over 47 years, I truly enjoyed seeing the city on bicycle instead of on foot. She gave me a great recommendation for a tapas restaurant that was located by the Grand Hotel, now an exhibition space. I highly recommend this fat tire cycling tour of Palma de Mallorca. If you're lucky enough to have Nina as your tour guide, you will truly enjoy every second of your adventure!!!

Our guide, Mina/Nina? was fantastic. I'm sorry I'm not entirely sure of her name but she was friendly, knowledgeable, and share history/stories about the various stops that were heartfelt and interesting. The ebikes worked great and we saw quite a bit in the 2 hours. We would highly recommend taking this tour.

Cool way to see Palma! We were able to hit all of the top destinations in a short amount of time, then the next day (we stayed in Palma) we were able to walk around and know where everything was, spend more time, etc. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and made the experience very pleasant.

Fun bike ride with lots to see!

Fantastic tour with Tobias with lots of great information and insight. The route was only challenging in a few corners with mild inclines, but the bike power was able to move you up quickly. I had a flat in the middle, and they were able to quickly resolve with a replacement bike at the next stop.

Super fun tour of Palma. Our tour started at 10 am and close to the end time around noon it was super crowded and difficult to avoid people walking. Nevertheless, our guide was great and informative about the various points of interests in Palma.

fun bike ride, not best tour if looking for history of island

Other than riding bikes around the city, I didn't learn much about the island or the main church. I was hoping to learn little more about the history as we biked around.

We are sorry that you dint learn much about island or specific church but within 2 hours is nearly impossible to explain all rich history about all places in Palma and about whole island. Our guides always trying to show as many places as possible and explain history of the most important things in Palma. For the future, I would suggest to book different type of the tour with professional historian, usually those are walking tours and taking about 4-6 hours, they are explaining history of all within city center. One more time, we are sorry we could not provide you with history you were expected.

Great way to see more of the city then you can see on foot and the bikes were easy to ride and fun to use. We ride bikes often (kids are 14 and 18 years old) but this was our first e-bike experience and we loved it! Our tour guide, Bruno, was awesome and shared some history and his own experiences on the island. Make sure you allow enough time to grab a taxi from the port as that was a long line and we were almost late and the business is tucked away on a side street. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful and Efficient Way to see Mallorca

We had a small private tour with just 2 of us and Bruno, our tour guide. He was full of information, but it wasn’t information overload. It was perfect. We stopped several times during the first part of our ride, allowing us time to look around, etc. during the last part of our tour, we rode along the beach! I loved that because the views of the beach and the city were spectacular. We only stopped a few times on that part, which made me happy because I was ready to just ride at that point.

Great Cust Serv for Bike Tour

The meeting point was VERY difficult to find. We asked for directions from 3 different sources - to no avail. We were 15 minutes late and still had no idea where we were in relation to the Bike tour. We had pretty much given up on getting there in time to take the tour. But the Bike Tour company called us and they were able to direct us to them. We arrived within minutes. We had a wonderful tour guide and enjoyed every minute of the tour.

Best way to see Mallorca in a day

Exceptional tour and guide. By not walking we were able to see so much more. Our older teens preferred this means of transport and had fun with the bikes. We were a bit late arriving and The tour operator was understanding and helped us out and took time to make sure seat heights were comfortable. Do not hesitate to book with them!

Segway is probably better for the location

Friendly staff, but we could have used a few more moments to get use to the bikes (for safety). Also, I recommend that guides use bikes too, if they are doing a bike tour or that they are familiar with the fat tire ebikes. It is awkward to have a guide on Segway, while your group is on bike (different capabilities when stopping on inclines & slow, almost walking, speed is difficult on the bikes, while effortless for Segways). It would have been nice to use the fat tires off road or on beach, as mentioned by another guide, familiar with the fat-tire ebikes, before the tour started. Fat tires are probably a blast in the right setting.

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your review. Sometimes our guides are using Segways because it is much easier to overwatch the group on Segway than on e-bike, especially if the city is crowded. Security is our priority and also with e-bikes we have to obtain certain rules here in Palma. If you would like to go only next to the beach, please book with us private tour and we will definitely accommodate you with this request :) So we hope to see you in Palma again soon! :)
