I was originally hesitant to book this because it seemed expensive. It was worth every dollar! I definitely would not have had the courage to drive those mountain roads myself, and our driver was excellent! Antonia helped us learn every step of the way and it was such a smooth experience. We enjoyed the boat, the tram, and the train as well!

Itinerary

Climb aboard an air-conditioned coach at your Mallorca hotel and prepare to be amazed by Mallorca’s cultural and natural treasures. As your guide provides commentary, you’ll absorb panoramic vistas of Tramuntana — a UNESCO-listed mountain range — and see rugged rock formations on the way to La Calobra.

On arrival at the seaside village, you’ll spend free time relaxing on the beach or revitalizing with refreshments at your own expense.

Refreshed, climb aboard a boat and embark on a 40-minute cruise to Port Soller — a beautiful village famed for its historical monuments and wonderful scenery. During the journey, you’ll marvel at iridescent water, dramatic cliffs and rock formations before enjoying time at leisure in Port Soller.

Then, take a tram inland to Soller for a walking tour before boarding a wooden carriage train to Son Reus. The historic railway route offers an abundance of olive trees and gorgeous valleys so be sure to gaze out of the window throughout the journey.

Disembark at Son Reus and relax during the journey back to your Mallorca hotel. See the Itinerary section for a full-list of hotel zones that include pickup and drop-off.

This tour is basically...

Kevin_R, Jul 2026
This tour is basically just subjecting yourself to an exhausting "travel day", as you take various forms of transportation (bus, boat, tram, train) over the course of 8+ hours. Could easily just take a public bus directly from Palma to Soller to enjoy that town and skip the grind of being herded around all day only to spend 30 mins in Soller. Would recommend packing snacks as lunch spots on tour are tourist traps (over priced awful food). In summary, if you want to get some good photos without really experiencing anything, take this tour. If you feel there are some spots on tour that don't appeal and you want to skip all the modes of transport so you can spend more time in certain places, it's easier to bus yourself or rent a car and save yourself money as this tour is expensive.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree with your conclusions, as they misrepresent what this excursion is designed to offer. The Island Tour is not a transfer to Sóller. It is a scenic journey combining coach, boat, tram and the historic wooden train, allowing guests to experience the Serra de Tramuntana from several unique perspectives in a single day. Suggesting that visitors simply take a public bus to Sóller completely misses the purpose of this excursion and means missing the boat trip, the historic tram, the 1912 train and some of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes. As for the time spent in each location, the itinerary is clearly described before booking. This is a panoramic tour designed to showcase the island rather than spending an entire day in one place. Finally, there are several free-time stops throughout the day, including around 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, where guests can explore at their own pace, swim or enjoy lunch wherever they wish. No one is required to eat at any particular restaurant. This excursion has become one of Mallorca's most popular tours precisely because it allows visitors to experience the island's incredible variety in a single unforgettable day. We're sorry it wasn't the style of excursion you were looking for.

Worth it!

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! 🌴🚂⛴️😊 We're delighted to hear that the tour exceeded your expectations and proved to be worth every dollar. The Island Tour is designed to let visitors experience some of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes without the stress of planning or driving. A special thank you for your kind words about both Antonia and your driver. We'll be sure to pass them on! Driving the famous mountain roads to Sa Calobra requires great skill and experience, and we're pleased you felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. 👏🚌 It's also wonderful to know you enjoyed every part of the experience—from the scenic boat trip to the historic tram and the iconic wooden train. Together they create a unique way to discover the beauty and diversity of Mallorca in a single unforgettable day. Thank you for choosing Nofrills Excursions. We hope to welcome you back for another amazing adventure on the island! 💙☀️

Great activities in one day!

Monica_J, Jul 2026
This is a great tour with great activities selected to give tourists a flavor of how beautiful the area is. All of the activities were well coordinated while allowing for flexibility and free time.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌴🚂⛴️😊 We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the variety of experiences included in the Island Tour. Our goal is to give visitors a true taste of Mallorca by combining its spectacular landscapes, charming villages and unique modes of transport in one unforgettable day. It's especially rewarding to know that you appreciated how well everything was coordinated while still allowing time to relax, explore and enjoy each stop at your own pace. Finding that balance is something our team works hard to achieve. Thank you for choosing Nofrills Excursions, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable adventure in Mallorca soon! 💙☀️

The tour itinerary is...

Jagruti_V, Jul 2026
The tour itinerary is very good. Enjoyed the drive and train ride. The tram ride was overcrowded and people had to stand for the entire time. The only negative was the multi language narration. By the time you heard the information in your language the point of interest had passed. It was very frustrating to listen to the narration in 4 languages.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Thank you for your review and for highlighting what you enjoyed about the tour. We're delighted that you liked the itinerary, the scenic drive and the historic train ride, which are some of the highlights of this unique excursion through Mallorca. We also appreciate your comments regarding the multilingual commentary. As our tours welcome guests from many different countries, providing information in several languages allows everyone to enjoy the experience. While this naturally means the explanations take a little longer, our guides do their best to point out the main sights before reaching them and to make the journey informative for all guests. Regarding the tram, it is a public historic tram that we share with other visitors, so seating cannot always be guaranteed, particularly during the busiest months of the year. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back on another Mallorca adventure in the future. 💙🌴🚂

Mallorca in a day

randolph_r, Jul 2026
Most of the excursion is sitting on a bus, boat or riding on the train. Very little time to wander and explore.

Response from Host, Jul 2026

Thank you for your review. The Island Tour is designed to showcase as much of Mallorca as possible in a single day by combining several modes of transport: coach, boat, tram and the historic train. Travelling between the different locations is therefore an essential part of the experience, allowing guests to enjoy some of the island's most spectacular scenery without having to drive themselves. At the same time, there is also free time to explore: around 30 minutes at Lluc Monastery, approximately 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, 15 minutes in Port de Sóller and around 40 minutes in Sóller. During the train and boat journeys you're also free to move around, admire the views and, on the historic train, many guests enjoy standing on the open rear platform to fully experience the journey. This excursion is intended as a panoramic tour of Mallorca rather than a full-day visit to one location, and we believe it offers one of the best ways to discover the island's incredible variety in just one day. — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Highly recommend

Marlene_H, Jun 2026
What a fabulous day! Great way to see Mallorca. Pepe was a very knowledgeable guide & I loved learning about Mallorca. Great scenery on the road up to Monastery & passing thru several villages. Loved Sa Colabra & boat ride along the coast. I would have liked to spend more time in Soller, but it was already a long day. The arrangements were excellent...every stage of the trip worked like clock work. Thoroughly recommend

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌴🚆🚤🚋✨ We're delighted to hear that you had such a fabulous day and that you enjoyed discovering so many different sides of Mallorca. From the spectacular drive through the Serra de Tramuntana and the Lluc Monastery to Sa Calobra, the coastal boat trip and the historic tram and train, this tour is designed to showcase the very best of the island in a single day. A special thank you for your kind words about Pepe. He'll be delighted to know that you enjoyed his knowledge and learning more about Mallorca's history, culture and landscapes. 👏 We also appreciate your comment about spending more time in Sóller. Many guests feel the same! Unfortunately, the timetable of the historic Sóller train determines the schedule, so we have to carefully coordinate each stage of the excursion. We're pleased, however, that you recognised how smoothly everything was organised despite the complexity of the itinerary. Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing Nofrills Excursions. We hope to welcome you back to Mallorca for another unforgettable adventure soon! 💙☀️

Stefanie_C, Jun 2026
Was awesome. Our guide Antonia spoke 4 different languages and was very knowledgeable about everywhere we went. We really got to see a lot of Mallorca on this tour! I would recommend it to everyone!!

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! 🌴🚆🚋🚤✨ We're delighted to hear that you had such an awesome day and that you felt you were able to see so much of Mallorca during the excursion. That's exactly why this is one of the island's most popular tours — it combines some of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes and experiences in a single unforgettable day. 😊 A special thank you for your kind words about Antonia. Guiding a tour in four different languages while keeping everyone informed, organised and entertained is no easy task, and she'll be thrilled to know that her knowledge and enthusiasm helped make your day so enjoyable. 👏 From the breathtaking Serra de Tramuntana mountains to the boat trip, the historic tram and the famous wooden train, this excursion is designed to showcase the very best of Mallorca. ⛰️🌊🚂 Thank you for recommending the tour to other travellers. It means a lot to our team and future visitors looking for the perfect way to discover the island. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙☀️✨

Amazing! But please add more time in Soler

isabelle_h, Jun 2026
This tour is a must! It is breathtaking! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars it’s because I would definitely extend this tour. You need a good 2 hrs extra. To savour the moment in Soler and where we take the tram too. But the rest it’s is just beautiful you will not regret this tour

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the tour! 🌴🚆🚋🚤✨ We're delighted to hear that you found the experience breathtaking and that you would recommend it to other visitors. We completely understand your comment about wanting more time in Sóller and Port de Sóller. In fact, many guests fall in love with these beautiful locations and would happily spend longer there. Unfortunately, one of the biggest limitations of the Island Tour is the timetable of the historic Sóller train. As the train operates on fixed departure times, the entire itinerary has to be carefully coordinated around it, which means extending the stay in Sóller would require removing time from other parts of the excursion. The purpose of this tour is to offer a complete overview of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes and transport experiences in a single day, including the mountain roads, Sa Calobra, the boat trip, the tram and the historic train. If you would like a more relaxed experience with longer free time in Mallorca's most beautiful villages, you might also enjoy our Valldemossa and Sóller Tour, which focuses on spending more time exploring these charming locations at a slower pace. Thank you again for travelling with us, and we're very pleased that despite wanting a little more time, you still found the experience beautiful and worthwhile. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙🌊⛰️🚂✨

It is a full day...

Shannon_W, Jun 2026
It is a full day experience and there is more time spent traveling between the towns/places you visit, but the scenery is beautiful and would be completely missed if you were doing the driving on your own.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your review! 🌴🚆🚋🚤✨ We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience and especially the beautiful scenery along the route. You are absolutely right that this is a full-day excursion and that part of the experience involves travelling between different locations. However, as you mention, those journeys are not simply transfers—they are an important part of what makes the Island Tour so special. The spectacular mountain roads of the Serra de Tramuntana, the coastal views, the historic train, the tram and the boat trip all offer perspectives of Mallorca that many visitors would never experience if driving themselves. 😊 One of the advantages of joining an organised tour is being able to sit back, relax and enjoy the landscapes without having to concentrate on navigating winding mountain roads, finding parking or coordinating transport connections. Thank you for choosing Nofrills Excursions, and we're pleased that you felt the scenery and overall experience made the journey worthwhile. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙🌊⛰️🚂✨

Really disappointed.

Julie_T, Jun 2026
We were seated at the meeting place 55 minutes before departure. No bus showed up. No guide got out of a bus to find us. No bus was labeled . No bus number given. My first time booking off cruise and I will never do it again

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you missed the excursion, but your description of what happened does not reflect the facts. On that morning, not only did the passengers for your tour find the correct bus, but there were also dozens of other customers departing from the same meeting area. The 12 passengers booked on your excursion boarded successfully, as did more than 70 passengers waiting for other tours. You were the only guests who did not locate the coach. This should indicate that the issue was not the absence of the bus or guide, but rather a misunderstanding on your side. The meeting point is clearly indicated on the voucher, and customers are also provided with contact details and a messaging system should they require assistance. Had you contacted us before departure, we would have been happy to help identify the correct vehicle. We understand that booking an excursion independently from a cruise ship can feel different from booking directly through the cruise line, but thousands of cruise passengers join our tours every year without difficulty. Missing the departure was unfortunate, but it does not mean the excursion was not properly operated. — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Very proffessional guide,...

Juha_H, Jun 2026
Very proffessional guide, nice day with pause options. The tram and train was very crowded, but scenery awesome.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Thank you for your review! 🌴🚆🚤✨ We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and appreciated the professionalism of the guide. Our team works hard to ensure guests can relax and enjoy the day while discovering some of Mallorca’s most spectacular scenery. 😊 We also appreciate your comments about the tram and train. During the high season, these historic forms of transport are extremely popular with visitors from all over the world, which can sometimes make them feel crowded. However, they remain an iconic part of the experience and a unique way to travel through the beautiful landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana. We're especially pleased that the scenery lived up to expectations. From the mountain roads and Sa Calobra to the coastline, Port de Sóller and the famous wooden train, the views are what make this excursion one of the most popular in Mallorca. ⛰️🌊✨ Thank you for travelling with Nofrills Excursions, and we hope to welcome you back again soon! — The Nofrills Excursions Team 💙🌴

Too much dead time

Beverly_D, Jun 2026
When booking this trip on Viator, it said our bus would be in 2 different languages, German and English. When we got on the bus, the tour guide translated to 4 different languages which made it difficult to immerse yourself in the experience. It is also a lot of sitting for all the hours you are gone. If you have any car sickness issues, this is not the tour for you.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Dear Beverly, We’re sorry the tour was not what you personally expected, but several points in your review are simply not accurate. First, Viator does not state that this tour is limited to only two languages. The excursion is clearly offered as a multilingual tour, and depending on the group composition, the guide may need to provide information in more than two languages so that all guests can understand the essential details. Second, describing the day as “a lot of sitting” does not fairly represent the itinerary. This is a full-day sightseeing tour through the Serra de Tramuntana, and the schedule includes many different experiences: Coach journey through the mountains Stop at Lluc Monastery Scenic drive to Sa Calobra Over 90 minutes of free time in Sa Calobra Boat trip along the coast Tram ride Free time in Sóller Historic train journey Return coach transfer Of course there is travelling involved — the tour includes bus, boat, tram and train — but this is exactly what is described and what makes the excursion so varied. Regarding motion sickness, we agree this is useful advice: the mountain roads in the Tramuntana include curves and hairpin bends, so guests who are very sensitive to travel sickness should take this into account before booking. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we are proud to offer one of the island’s most complete sightseeing tours. It is important that reviews reflect the actual itinerary and not incorrect assumptions about what was booked. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 🌴🚆🚤

Chaotic and not the highlights of Majorca

Hannah_C, Jun 2026
The advert indicates we could specify pick up from our hotel, but after booking this was confirmed not the case. Instead we were giving coordinates in Palma. These coordinates were on a long road where there were many coach trips picking up and dropping off so it was just by pure luck we found our bus, which was about 100m from the pick up point. Sebastian the host did a really good job - very impressively translating to three different languages. The first stop was a random monastery which wasn’t that impressive. Next was an area which was had a two hour stop for lunch, but all restaurants in the area were rated no more than 1.5 stars on google - not really appealing! Next was a un-scenic boat trip. Followed by a rushed stop off in port of soller and soller itself. It was a very long day and our first experience of a large group tour. Needless to say we wouldn’t do it again and really didn’t think this tour really showed off the highlights of the island.

Response from Host, Jun 2026

Dear Hannah, Thank you for your review, although we must say that it is difficult to reconcile your conclusions with both the reality of the tour and the opinions of the thousands of guests who enjoy it every year. Let's start with the itinerary. You describe Lluc Monastery as a "random monastery". In reality, Lluc Monastery is the spiritual heart of Mallorca, one of the most important historical and cultural sites on the island, and a place visited by locals and tourists alike for centuries. It is located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage area. Calling it "random" says more about your personal interests than about the significance of the site. You then criticise Sa Calobra because you did not like the restaurant reviews. With respect, how can a tour company be responsible for Google reviews of independent restaurants? Our role is to bring guests to one of the most spectacular locations in Mallorca. Sa Calobra is consistently listed among the island's top attractions and most recommended places in travel guides, blogs and visitor rankings. You also describe the boat trip as "un-scenic", which is particularly surprising. The route passes along the spectacular coastline of the Serra de Tramuntana, with dramatic limestone cliffs, sea caves, hidden coves, historic watchtowers and the beautiful entrance into Port de Sóller. Most visitors consider this one of the highlights of the day. What is even more curious is what your review does not mention. There is no mention of the historic tram, the famous wooden train, the town of Sóller itself or the train journey through the mountains and orange groves. Did you forget these parts completely, or did they not fit the narrative of a negative review? Regarding the pickup arrangements, the information is very clear. Hotel pickups are available only from selected hotels and areas. For guests staying in Palma, there is one central meeting point. This is clearly stated before booking and on the voucher. The voucher also clearly explains that clients can contact us through the message system to request the bus number before departure. Had you done so, you would have known exactly which bus to look for. Instead, you chose not to use the information provided and then blamed the organisation. We are pleased that you recognised Sebastian's excellent work. Managing a large international group while explaining the tour in multiple languages requires professionalism and dedication, and he does a fantastic job. Finally, this is not just any excursion. It is one of the most popular and best-selling tours in Mallorca, enjoyed by thousands of visitors every year because it showcases the island's mountains, coast, villages, tram, train and boat journey in a single day. Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion. But when a review dismisses Lluc, Sa Calobra, the Tramuntana coast, Sóller, the tram and the historic train as somehow not representing the highlights of Mallorca, it is fair to say that your opinion is very much the exception rather than the rule. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 🌴🚆🚤⛰️

Gotta do it!

Elisa_B, May 2026
This trip was really great. Got to see the island in one day. A coach. A tram. And a wooden train! The right amount of time in each spot and the tour guide was excellent. He spoke five languages! And he waited patiently when someone in the group was late for the train. The bus ride down the switchbacks in the mountains is bananas! Thumbs up!

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you so much for your fantastic review! 🌴🚆🚤✨ We’re delighted you enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day tour and experienced so many different parts of the island in just one day — coach, boat, tram and the famous wooden train all together make it a truly unique adventure 😊 We’re especially happy to hear your kind words about the guide. Speaking five languages while keeping the group organised and entertained is definitely not easy! 👏 And yes… the mountain switchbacks through the Serra de Tramuntana are unforgettable — “bananas” is actually a pretty accurate description sometimes! 😄⛰️ We also appreciate that you noticed the guide’s patience and organisation when helping guests who were running late. On a tour with fixed train, tram and boat schedules, balancing timings while still looking after everyone is very important to us. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we’re proud to offer one of the island’s most complete and iconic excursions. Thumbs up back to you, and we hope to welcome you again soon! ☀️✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Wonderful Tour of the Island!

Leigh_E, May 2026
Fantastic Introduction to Mallorca and getting to experience by every means of travel and in every language, the tour guide was so knowledgeable. It was a tight schedule but allowed us to see many things in one day!

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌴🚆🚤✨ We’re delighted you enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day tour and that it gave you such a fantastic introduction to the island. This excursion is specially designed to let guests experience Mallorca through different means of transport — bus, boat, tram and historic train — while discovering mountains, coastlines, villages and spectacular scenery all in one day 😊 We’re also very happy to hear your positive comments about the guide’s knowledge. Managing explanations in several languages while keeping the day organised is not easy, so your appreciation means a lot 👏 As you mentioned, the schedule is quite full, but that’s exactly what allows guests to experience so much of Mallorca in a single unforgettable day. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience on the island, we’re proud to offer one of the most complete and iconic tours in Mallorca. ☀️✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Too many languages (4) for group

David_H, May 2026
Really good tour with plenty to see, spoilt by multiple languages so missed out on some of the sights.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear David, Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed the tour and the many places included during the day 🌴🚆🚤 Regarding the languages, we normally try to operate with a maximum of three languages. However, on your specific tour there was a couple whose English level was very limited, and the guide also gave them some essential information in their language so they could understand the timings, logistics and main explanations. We believe that if you were travelling abroad and struggling to understand the guide, you would probably also appreciate receiving at least some information in a language you could follow. 😊 The guide’s priority is always to make sure all guests can enjoy the experience and understand the important details of the day, especially on a complex tour involving bus, boat, tram and train connections. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we work hard to create a welcoming experience for international visitors from many different countries. — The Nofrills Excursions Team ✨

Add to the list

Nicole_J, May 2026
Easy and simple to book. Marta was very knowledgeable and provided us with information throughout the journey of noticeable points. An area to note was that the tram can get very busy. With people waiting in the same area. So something to think about with kids. But it depends what time as other timings seemed less crowded. The train was great, very comfortable seats at the back. The boat trip was shorter because of the weather and it was very choppy. But gave more time for food etc. Overall was a great experience and would recommend!

Response from Host, May 2026

Thank you so much for your detailed review! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re delighted you enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day tour and that Marta’s explanations and knowledge helped make the journey even more interesting 😊 You also make a very useful point regarding the tram. Depending on the time of day and season, some departures can indeed be busier than others, especially in popular areas like Port de Sóller. As you mention, this can vary a lot throughout the day. We’re also glad you still enjoyed the boat trip despite the weather conditions. Safety at sea always comes first, and occasionally routes or durations may need small adjustments when the sea is rough. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we work hard to provide well-organised tours combining train, tram, boat and spectacular scenery in one unforgettable day. Thank you for your recommendation — we hope to welcome you again soon! ☀️✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

A good day trip even on a rainy day

Renata_B, May 2026
Very well organized and thought thru schedule, awesome tour guide, enjoyable time. Comfortable transportation, fun driver and witty guide

Response from Host, May 2026

Good tour however not the itinerary as stated

Julie_A, May 2026
Well organised except 2 hours where we had lunch when we got off the boat was too long and all restaurants self service. Meaning all the food pre cooked and not fresh had to wait around in the cold & rain for the coach.

Response from Host, May 2026

Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify that the itinerary was completed exactly as planned, only in the reverse order on that specific day due to a sporting event affecting road access in the morning. This operational adjustment was necessary and allowed the tour to run smoothly despite external circumstances. The stop where guests usually have lunch is in Sa Calobra, one of Mallorca’s most scenic but also remote locations. The restaurants there are independent businesses, and unfortunately we cannot control their menus, food style, or service. Regarding the waiting time, weather conditions and operational schedules between boat, tram, train and coach can occasionally create some downtime, especially on rainy days. Even so, the tour itself continued according to the planned route and timings. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience, we always work to adapt logistics in the best possible way while still delivering the complete Mallorca Island Tour experience. 🌴🚆🚤✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team Humanize 166 words

You’ll see excellent, farther flung locations on this tour

Janet_R, Apr 2026
You will get to parts of the island you probably wouldn’t drive to, given hairpin turns and sharing narrow mountain roads with bicyclists! Our guide Joseph did a great job informing our tour group (50+ people in a nice coach) the basics of sites we were about to see…in FOUR languages! Given the multiple languages spoken in the group, there wasn’t a lot more he could say (due to time limitations). The sites were all well worth the visits and probably not that accessible without tour arrangements. Joseph was really clear about time available/deadlines at each stop and he managed the large group really well. We highly recommend this tour.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Janet! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re delighted you enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day tour and discovered parts of the island that are not easy to reach independently — especially those stunning Tramuntana mountain roads! Joseph will be very happy to hear your kind words. Managing a large international group in multiple languages is no small task, and we’re glad you appreciated his clarity, organisation and guidance throughout the day. 👏 As you mention, this tour is designed to offer a complete overview of Mallorca in one day, combining bus, boat, tram and train — making remote and spectacular locations easily accessible and stress-free. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience, we’re proud to deliver well-organised and efficient tours that allow guests to see the very best of the island. Thank you for your recommendation — we hope to welcome you again soon! ☀️✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Best tour for Mallorca

CARIDAD_M, Apr 2026
I was impressed how organized the tour was! My family and I are pleased with the tour guide and the bus driver! He was very experienced driving in the narrow streets!

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re delighted that you and your family enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day tour and appreciated how well organised everything was. It’s great to hear that both the guide and the driver made such a positive impression — especially navigating those narrow mountain roads, which really requires skill and experience! 👏 At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we pride ourselves on delivering smooth, safe and well-coordinated tours so our guests can simply relax and enjoy the island’s beauty. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again soon for another fantastic Mallorca adventure! ☀️✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Great day trip!

Janice_Z, Apr 2026
Overall this was an amazing tour being able to see different parts of Mallorca which I would not have seen had we missed this experience. The bus ride to monestary was a bit long and the tour guide had to say everything in 4 different languages which was a lot to listen to however the visits to the other towns and experiencing the boat ride and vintage train were breath taking. Would have loved a bit more time to explore Soller. I would recommend this tour overall if you are staying in Mallorca for an extended time.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you so much, Janice! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re delighted you had such a great day on our Mallorca in One Day tour and that you enjoyed discovering parts of the island you might not have seen otherwise. It’s true that the journey to Lluc takes some time, but it allows you to experience the stunning Tramuntana mountains safely and comfortably. Also, with an international group, guides provide explanations in several languages so everyone can enjoy the experience — we understand it can feel like a lot, but it ensures no one misses out 😊 We really appreciate your comment about wanting more time in Sóller — it’s a charming place! With such a complete itinerary, we always aim to balance time and variety to show as much as possible in one day. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience, we’re proud to offer one of the most complete and well-organised tours in Mallorca. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to see you again soon! 🌞✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

Rushed and not informative

Cindy_B, Apr 2026
Our guide was lovely, but over-extended. What was described as an "English language tour" was Spanish, German and English. That meant that there was little time for our guide to explain anything we were seeing. By the time she made announcements in 3 languages about timing and ticketing for our next stop, there was no time for her to tell us anything else. Things were also very rushed and chaotic. There is so much to see and do along this tour. If I had it to do over again, I would split it in 2, spending a leisuday in the mountains and another day in Port Stoller/Stoller.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Dear Cindy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the guide lovely, but we need to clarify a few important points. This tour is clearly described as a multilingual tour, not an exclusive English-only tour. Mallorca welcomes visitors from all over the world, and our guides adapt to ensure everyone receives the necessary information. When possible, we do single-language tours, but this is not always feasible. Regarding timing, the itinerary was followed exactly as advertised: Lluc Monastery: ~45 minutes Sa Calobra: ~90 minutes Sóller: ~30 minutes These times are carefully planned to fit a full day that includes bus, boat, tram and train, all running on fixed schedules. For example, if the train departs at a specific time, it cannot be delayed — this is why timing is important and explained by the guide during the tour. This is a full-day sightseeing tour designed to show a large part of Mallorca in one day. If you prefer more time in each location, the best option is indeed to explore independently over multiple days, as you mentioned. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience, we deliver exactly what is described: a well-organised, varied, and efficient way to discover the island. It’s important that expectations match the type of tour booked. — The Nofrills Excursions Team 🌴✨

A Full Day of Natural Beauty

Lief_G, Apr 2026
The tour was well organized and managed. That said, you spend a lot of time on a bus and train. A couple of the stops felt a little rushed. Overall, the tour was pretty much as described.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you so much for your honest and balanced review! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re glad you found our Mallorca in One Day tour well organised and true to its description — that’s exactly what we aim for at Nofrills Excursions. It’s true that this is a full-day sightseeing experience, designed to cover a large part of the island in one day, which means combining different transport methods like bus, boat, tram and train. This allows guests to see places that would otherwise be very difficult to reach without a car. We also appreciate your comment about some stops feeling a bit rushed — with such a complete itinerary, we always try to find the best balance between time at each location and showing as much of Mallorca as possible. With over 20 years of experience, we’re proud to offer one of the most popular and varied tours on the island. We hope to welcome you again for another Mallorca adventure, maybe a more relaxed half-day option next time! 🌞✨ — The Nofrills Excursions Team

This experience is quite...

Claudia_H, Mar 2026
This experience is quite enjoyable and varied. It gives you a look at Mallorca that you would. It see in the larger cities here. Both the train ride and the tram passed through scenic mountains and landscapes. The boat ride was great . It took us to a tiny coastal village and from there a twisty and beautiful mountain bus ride back.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you so much for your lovely review! 🌴🚆🚤 We’re delighted you enjoyed our Mallorca in One Day sightseeing tour. It’s a fantastic way to discover a different side of the island beyond the main cities — with stunning mountain scenery, charming villages, and a perfect combination of train, tram, boat, and coach. We’re glad you appreciated the variety of the experience and the beautiful landscapes along the way — especially that unique route through the Tramuntana mountains and the coastal stop at Sa Calobra. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we take pride in offering well-organised tours that showcase the island’s true beauty in a relaxed and enjoyable way. We hope to welcome you again soon for another unforgettable Mallorca adventure! 🌞✨

Absolute shambles

James_D, Mar 2026
Absolute shambles, waited for a coach that didn’t identify itself amongst other coaches and told us nothing, until we enquired where the bus was, as we had waited in the place arranged for over an hour, absolute shambles never again.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Dear James, We’re sorry to read your comment, but we must clarify the situation clearly. On that same departure, 24 other clients boarded the correct coach without any issue, using the exact same meeting point and instructions you received. Our buses are identified as explained in the booking information, and our team is always present to assist. If all other guests managed to locate and board the coach, it strongly indicates that the problem was not with the organisation of the tour. At Nofrills Excursions, with over 20 years of experience in Mallorca, we run these tours daily with clear instructions and smooth operations. It’s unfair to describe the service as a “shambles” when it was correctly delivered and attended by the rest of the group. — The Nofrills Excursions Team

A Five Star Experience; Highly Recommended

Olufunke_F, Mar 2026
A Five Star Experience; Highly Recommended. This full day excursion is a feast for the eyes and the soul. Beautiful scenery, taking us through amazing mountain ranges and passes set in contrast to the deep blue waters of the Mediterranean. The tour started with a pickup at the meeting point and includes travel by road, boat, trams and train. The mountain roads were narrow and curvy but our driver, Juan, navigated it with ease and panache. Our guide Luis, was excellent and provided helpful context that enhanced the quality of the experience.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

It truly is a feast for the eyes — from the dramatic Tramuntana mountain roads to the stunning contrast with the deep blue Mediterranean. Juan will be delighted to hear your praise for his driving on those winding mountain passes, and Luis will be very happy that his commentary added extra context and enjoyment to your day.
