We had an awesome day on the water with Hermit and Nadine. They were wonderful hosts. Great food, great drinks. Cannot go wrong with this excursion!!
Helmuth our captain was very knowledgeable and kind. Nadine, our professional bartender on board was also phenomenal. They both made sure to explain what we were doing, where we’re going, and included facts and information about the sites we were seeing. We had a lovely time. 10/10 must-do when in Mallorca!!!
Nice tour with a chance for snorkeling. Not a spot to see many fish. The tapas were great, but drinks were a little spendy.
Great time on the boat with friends! The tapas and drinks were delicious. Loved trying out the underwater scooter and floating in the sea on the big mat.
My group of 9 had such an amazing experience with Helmuth and Nadine. Food was amazing, everything was so comfy, swimming and sights were beautiful.

Helmuth was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, always making sure our requests were taken care of. Nadine delighted us with fantastic cocktails and so many interesting stories, which made the experience even more special.
The group of people we met on the boat was wonderful too. We had so much fun together,jumping into the water, swimming, laughing, and eating together as if we were a group of old friends. The atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and full of good energy.
Snorkelling equipment was provided, and a special highlight was the two underwater scooters,they were so much fun and definitely added something extra to the experience!
Everything was simply perfect from beginning to end. Beautiful memories, wonderful people, and an experience I would happily repeat over and over again.

Make sure to go early. Expect to swim in one spot and you start heading back in your last hour on the excursion.

We had the best time and would recommend this to everyone coming to Mallorca. The captain and his assistant were so amazing and the boat was in great condition. Food was good and drinks were incredible. Probably the best pina colada I’ve ever had. 10/10 must do!!!
This trip was cancelled with less than 18 hours notice, supposedly due to weather, yet it was a beautiful day and there were tons of other catamarans out on the water. This left us no time to book another tour. I wouldn’t book through this company - and frankly, my confidence in Viator is shaken. We were very excited about this tour and extremely disappointed when it was cancelled for seemingly no reason.

Hello Holly, sorry for the situation. You have to check your messages from viator earlier, because i canceled the trip from my side at 26th. of August at 09.15pm. So there around 30hr in front of starting the trip. We had the situation that it was nice weather, but outside are 3,6ft high waves. I canceled the trip, because for me comes safety first and i want that our clients can enjoy the trip with us. Other companies see it other, but i had spoken with some captains a lot of clients got hard seasick. Best regards and take care of you

Unfortunately, the trip was cancelled due to weather. They were very communicative about the situation, which I appreciated. Hope to book with them another day. super sad because it was my 30th birthday.

A perfect four hours at sea in a relaxing atmosphere with super hosts and great food! Great learning about Mallorca.
Nadine & Helmuth were excellent hosts. A great fun afternoon full of interesting facts. Great floaters etc for swimming and amazing food.
Unfortunately 2 in our party got sea sick. The captain and his assistant handed my sister a bottle of water and said “clean it up”. I do expect this has happened plenty of times before. She was very ill and he wanted her to clean it up. I would have done it but the fact he basically threw a water bottle at her and told her to clean it up herself as she is feeling absolutely terrible struck me as very heartless and inconsiderate. We had to be dropped off at the next port without any clear instructions….and we were lost and could not find a safe place to sit and try to feel better and hydrate. We finally were able to get a cab if we went into a restaurant and ordered something. It was a disaster. We were offered no compensation or any sort of chance to reschedule. It was very discouraging. We are in a foreign country and hope for warm, welcoming people …. Unfortunately they must have been having a bad day. At least I hope it was just a bad day and they aren’t like that usually.

Hello, at first everything what you had written is wrong and the totally untruth. I look at my documentation of this trip, because of the international laws we have to notice everything what happened on a trip, with date and exactly time.
It was only your girlfriend which get seasick and no other of your group of three.
You and your sister like to celebrate your 50th birthday and my Assistent offer a free round of glasses of champagne for all our guests, to celebrate this together with you. Your girlfriend started with symptoms of seasick after 35min the trip started. We offer her a chewing gum against this, which is also for children and adults. It was to late for this and she become really hard seasick. We have offer a bottle of natural water and a paper towel to feel more better. Never throw this bottle or command her to clean the deck! This is our job and we do it 3 times a day. Your girlfriend ask my assistent if there is any possibility to drop her off, because she don`t want stay longer aboard. My assistent informed me and we asked you, that we had the possibility to docked at the famous VIP Marina Portal Nous. This Marina offer a very high standard service and a lot of people speaks english there. Also taxi station and a lot of restaurants. We asked you, that you and your sister like to stay aboard and only your girlfriend leave. You decided that all of you are leave the boat. You told us a lot you so sorry about this situation and was really angry about your girlfriend. We were sorry about you and not charge the costs for drinks of you. Also the costs for docked at this marina of 150€ we didn`t charge you. You were really appreciate about our service and had given my assistent 4 x5€ tip, because you were happy that we found a solution. Also my assistent make her notices. You was really disapointed from your girlfriend, but trying to get your money back with telling lies and untruth story is really bad. We are really personaly disapointed from you. Stop immediately telling lies about us, otherwise i inform my lawyer. Also look at the review from Daniel at the 09.08.26 which was on the same trip. I also will inform viator about this whole situation and it is their decision how they will handle you in future.

We had such an amazing experience sailing with Helmuth and Nadine! This was actually our second time joining their boat trip, and when we planned our holiday to Mallorca, we didn't hesitate to book with them again.
They are the kindest and most welcoming hosts, and they truly make you feel at home from the moment you step on board. The homemade tapas are absolutely delicious, and the cocktails are some of the best we've ever had! The service is outstanding, and they pay attention to every little detail to make sure everyone has a fantastic time.
The boat trip itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the Mallorca coastline. One of the highlights is the stop where you can jump into the crystal-clear water, go snorkeling, and simply enjoy the incredible surroundings.
We can't recommend this experience highly enough. If you're looking for the perfect day at sea in Mallorca, this is it. Thank you, Helmuth and Nadine—we'll definitely be back again!
The captain and crew were super nice and hospitable! They made sure we have everything we need and checked in with us often the entire trip. The tapas prepared were very delicious. I had a great time with this trip!!

Nadene and Helmuth were amazing to sail with. They had all the info you could want and more about the island and people of Mallorca. The tapas were amazing with all the fresh fruit and vegetables made up in traditional Spanish/Mallorcan dishes. What a wonderful way to spend the morning/afternoon swimming in the Mediterranean off the coast of Mallorca. Live the experience for a few hours.

Wow! This was a fantastic day on the water in Mallorca! Helmuth was an excellent skipper and Nadine made delicious drinks and food. Her Cuba libre is the best I’ve ever had. We had a beautiful swim with fun water toys. The place we dropped in the water was peaceful and beautiful surrounded by luxury yachts. This was a highlight of our trip to Mallorca. Gracias!

We had a lovely time with nadine and helmuth, they were so welcoming and informative- really good communication leading up to the booking - we had loads of options at the swimming point, SUP, Snorkelling, underwater scooters, and loads more. Tapas was lovely and plenty to go round! I would definitely recommend this small intimate experience over a larger group as it really felt more comfortable and less crowded - our group was very friendly and welcomingz.

Amazing boat experience! We were able to enjoy a gorgeous boat day in Palma with Nadene and Helmuth! They prepared us delicious tapas and amazinggg cocktails!! They were so attentive and had a lot of swim equipment on the boat! Highly recommend :)

10/10. The captain and bartender/chef are professional, kind and want all their guests to have a wonderful, safe and fun experience. The food and cocktail's were out of this world. We were a group of 4 and had the best time meeting the other guests.

Boat was clean, hosts were amazing and attentive, food was abundant and delicious, the drinks were amazing and bartender super talented! Only 2 downsides - would have loved more time in the water! Just another 30-40 min would have been perfect! Also, they handed out water at the end as if it was free but then charged us for it!

Thank you for your good review. The trip you booked was a 4 hour trip and it takes us around two and a half hour to drive to the beautiful beach and return to Palma.
