This is a fun tour of Palma. Our guide Levis was an absolute delight. He seemed to enjoy every minute, and he kept track of everyone. It was a small group, which was great. We made several stops along the way to see highlights, and did enjoy the. Tapas stop. It was a great chance to chat with Levis and talk with the rest of the group, so I’m glad we added it. A very nice excursion all around.

This was a nice tour of the city center area which is lovely. Our guide Sandra was pleasant, spoke excellent English, and had a good grasp of knowledge of the area. Beware that this can be a crowded city and navigating the narrow and crowded streets can be challenging with frequent hopping on and off the bike, much use of the brakes, and winding your way through heavy pedestrian traffic. We had to deal with horse driven carriages, cars, people, and strollers of which there were plenty. For those who are not comfortable being on a bike, this may not be for you. We had a nice group of 15 people but that included a very young girl, about 8 who was not good on her bike.
My other issue was the poor maintenance of the bikes. Our group of 4 had 3 tires which were woefully under-inflated and we needed to put in air. the brakes were not well adjusted, my seat pole clasp was broken so I had to get a different bike (at the start).
We opted for the tapas and a drink, and this was very nice and a good 30 minute break.

Perfect way to see Palma de Mallorca! The city is well-suited for cyclists, and our guide Jackie provided a wonderful tour. We had a big group of 16, but she did a good job of keeping us all together.

Excellent Dutch tour guide! We had so much fun and our kids had a blast! We stopped at all the great stops and the tour was just the perfect amount of time.

We had a wonderful experience and our tour guide, Jordie, was great! It was nice to cycle the beautiful streets of Palma with the right amount of historical information provided, not too heavy but enough.

Great time seeing a lot of sights. Levis was a great tour guide!! Add the tapas ass on to your tour! Wife and I had a great time. Relatively flat terrain.

The location changed to an inconvenient location, far from the cruise terminal. The terminal
Is under construction and not well signed, so we could find a way to walk out. Grabbed a cab, but the traffic was so bad we could have walked faster.
The guide was not very good with historical information and would take off without doing a head count. We almost lost an older couple twice but we strung out behind so they could see us. At one stop, we were inside a church for a few minutes and came out to see the group pulling out. Again, no head count by guide. We grabbed our stuff and headed out but in old town you have an alley every 15 feet. No way to see them. We went back to the convent and waited 15 minutes, no one noticed we were gone. We decided to return the bikes and headed back to the shop. While riding, I missed calls saying a name of a place where they were waiting. At this point (20 minutes later) I was riding, not answering the phone. You can’t assume people have cel coverage and signal to navigate to your location.
We returned the bikes and got a partial refund.
I’d probably choose a walking tour of old town and cathedral (inside) next time.

Dear Pam_W,
We are very sorry to hear that you where dissapointed with your experience on our bike tour and despite that we tried contacting you both by phone and text and submitted a partial refund to you, you still feel this way. We have to add that sometimes due to circumstances it can be a real challenge to keep a group together and in this case, being the first tour ever for our new guide, is was even more challenging. But there is a "first time" for everything and for all of us, isn't there? So again, we do apologize from our side on what went wrong from the organisation side of the bike tour and we do take note on your feedback in order to try to always improve on all aspects of our bike tour experience. Kindest regards,

Traveling by cruise ship, we had less than 10 hours to explore Palma, best way to do it is by BIKE. Sandra was great, easy to follow-gave great hand signals and kept the group safe. Sandra knew so much history not only about Palma but of Spain. Glad we did this tour with Sandra. The tapas/ drink was a great break between the tour plus they were delicious!
Response from Host, May 2025
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that your short stay in Palma was made memorable with our bike tour, and especially that Sandra helped make the experience so enjoyable.
We're proud to have her on our team—her knowledge, care for safety, and passion for sharing local history truly make a difference. We're also glad you enjoyed the tapas and drink break; it's always a highlight for many of our guests!
We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future. Wishing you safe and happy travels!

Cali was very knowledgeable about the history of Palma de Mayorca. She took some fabulous pictures and videos! The terrain was mostly flat with a couple hills (we had regular bikes). I highly recommend booking this excursion! Cali went above and beyond to make our trip memorable!
Response from Host, Jul 2025
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour and that Cali helped make your experience in Palma de Mallorca so memorable. Her knowledge and eye for great photos really do add something special, and we’ll be sure to pass along your lovely feedback to her. We're also glad to hear the terrain worked well for you with the regular bikes. Thank you for the recommendation — we hope to see you again on another ride someday!

A nice tour without difficult riding. We saw some beautiful sites while learning about the history of the island and city.

Severe thunderstorms were predicted for the date and time of this tour. I attempted to reach the organizer to cancel a day in advance. I was told that they had changed the time from morning to afternoon. Therefore, I remained optimistic and postponed my cancellation. After reviewing the forecast again that morning, I attempted to connect with her again to cancel. This time she avoided me, until about an hour before the tour. At this time, there was a severe thunderstorm ⛈️ flooding the streets in the town. About an half hour prior to the tour, she responded saying we needed to meet up with the guide and decide collectively how to proceed! All members of the tour seemed reluctant to begin the tour as the streets were slick and the radar showed additional storm activity. Our guide himself said “these were not ideal conditions for biking” We determined that it was not worth the risk and requested a refund. The organizer told us that we needed to cancel 24 hours in advance to receive it. I ATTEMPTED, BUT WAS NOT ALLOWED 🚫 FOR TNE 24 hours prior. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dear customer,
First of all it would be very helpful to indeed know the details of why you believe that we don't care about our customers safety, instead of just giving a one star review without any details. Second, our clients safety is always our priority and that is why we;
- Do a detailed safety briefing before the start of each tour
- Make sure any técnical issue related to the functioning of our bikes is reported and followed up by our bike mechanic
- We offer helmets to ALL our clients and remind them that the use of helmet is always recomended and mandatory up to 15 years of age
- We work with reduced groups
- In the case of reverse weather conditions (thunderstorm, very hard wind etc) we first check the alternative of delaying the start of the tour, reducing the duration of the tour or cancelling the tour, all depending on the particular circumstances in that situation and alwsys priorizing our customers safety.

We had a blast on this bike tour! We got to see so much of the city that you couldn’t have seen by just walking or on a bus. Our awesome tour guide, Valentine, took us on a great easy paced route and he knew so much about the area. He also made sure we made it back to our cruise ship in plenty of time.
Response from Host, Aug 2024
Hello Kevin,
Thank you very much for your review! We are very glad that you enjoyed the bike tour and we hope to see you in the near future again! Kindest regards, Palma Bicycle Tours team.

Alex was a superb guide! So wonderful to see Palma on a bicycle. We got to see some amazing sights, and got to do it all by bike! And we were able to eat Tapas too!
Barry_A, Nov 2023
Really enjoyed our guide. Good time of year as the bike paths roads were not too crowded . Well maintained bikes . I would definitely recommend this tour .
andrew_s, Nov 2023
we arrived 15 minutes early at the address listed on the paperwork. Store was shuttered closed. Company did try to phone us but we could never coordinate the exact location of their store even thou we were in a spanish taxi cab.
Lisa_J, Jul 2023
Guide was great, however we almost missed the event due to the terrible directions in the description AND the ticket. Said 5 minute walk from where the ship docks. We allowed ourselves 45 minutes to leave the boat and consult a map and we’re still late. It was at least a 40 minute walk in extreme heat so would have taken a cab if we knew the accurate timing.
WILLIAM_F, Jun 2023
Our tour guide Fernando kept a large group safely together. He was very knowledgeable about the local history. We booked this tour directly with the company rather than through the ship and saved money, as well as enjoying tapas and sangria that they did not get!
Sal_U, Oct 2022
Very nice tour guide but bicycles are old and not maintained. One of our bikes had broken shifter. Route was very crowded with tourists on foot
Michael_A, Oct 2019
Jaime was wonderful. We were able to cover a lot of territory around the city - see some things off the beaten path (convent), while also experiencing major attractions. Very informative & engaging. Would highly recommend!

We only had a few hours in this port and did not know what to expect. We loved seeing Palma by bike and our tour Yourn was great! He made sure everyone felt comfortable on their bicycle by ensuring the appropriate fit and air pressures. He set a pace that was reasonable and enjoyable. We had no idea how beautiful Palma was and seeing it on bike was even better. I liked how their were only 10 people in the tour, making it more intimate. It was a perfect taste of Palma and we would love to come back!

We had a mix up with which shop to meet at. The directions from the cruise ship were not the best, but once arriving at the bike shop (I'm still not sure if we were at the right one), they were so helpful and made it a great tour. Our guide Maurice from Holland was awesome!
Wesley_D, May 2019
Location was bit confusing but we did find it and the beginning of the tour was a little unorganized. We did end up having a great tour led by Xander. We saw many great places in Palma and Xander had great knowledge about the sites. The tapas were very good and the weather was spectacular. Definitely would recommend this tour.
Response from Host, May 2019
We are so glad you had a great morning riding along with Sander, enjoying Palma during this day. Thank
you for sharing your experience here with us.
Greetings from Palma ;)

We loved this tour. The guide Juan was great. He was very knowledgeable about Palma and gave excellent information. The biking was not that difficult and we stopped often to hear the history of the island. Very enjoyable. Also get the Tapas!! They were delicious!! My only criticism was the directions to the bike shop were from Terminal 2. If you are sailing on the Symphony of the Seas or a ship that is not at Terminal 2 it is a MUCH longer walk than advertised. It was about a 30 minute walk.
Linda_D, Oct 2018
We took the tour that combined the Tapas tasting. We started at the bike shop we took a taxi from our cruise ship because we docked at pier 6 that cost us 11.75 euros - which was perhaps a 6 minute ride - but they had a minimum charge. Our group of 6 are in our 50s/60s and some had not ridden bikes for years...and it was an easy and relaxing ride for all. Maurice was informative, interesting, knowledgeable- and made us all want to come back to this beautiful city. Highly recommend that you do the tapas tasting, we had the opportunity to try tapas that we never would be brave enough to try on our own!

Great guide, and wonderful scenic ride! Nice snack and a beer too...Would love to get back to mallorca!
Richard_S, Aug 2018
I think that this business overbooked itself or was short of staff. We got there early and saw it send off a huge group from the cruise ship at 2:00 p.m. We came back at three and lone guide had to get the two of us on our bikes, etc., and then take us to pick up a group of six more at the other location. We did not start the tour until 2:45, that is, depart the other location to ride to the old city. He made the best of the time remaining. Very enjoyable. Our guide was great and the tapas were great.

What a great day biking around Mallorca with Ingrid! She was so much fun and this was such a wonderful way to explore the city with the limited time that we had. She took us to a monastery where we were able to buy delicious cookies from the nuns. I would highly recommend you book this tour with the option for tapas and a drink - it was great to hang out in the piazza eating delicious tapas!
Simone M, Apr 2018
This would have and should have been a really great tour, had it not been for the 22 of us, with one guide and some folks who should not have been on a bicycle tour in the first place. The tour would have been fabulous with perhaps a maximum of 12 of us!
ELSPETH_F, Apr 2018
This was a good tour BUT if you are docking on Symphony of the sea it is not a 2minute walk from the port as this ship docks at a port that is at the other side of the port, making it a 30 minute walk I had been to palma before and new this but other people did not so we had to wait for another group of 14 people to turn up 45minutes later . Not a good start, the cycle tour was very good with a great guy who took us to some interesting places in Palma .VIATOR PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF WHERE SYMPHONY DOCKS, AS THIS IS A GOOD 30MINUTE WALK.
