- The last bus serving Poble Espanyol (Stop 9) and Bellver Castle (Stop 10) is the one departing from Stop 1 at 5:15pm, arriving at Poble Espanyol at approximately 5:35pm and at Bellver Castle at approximately 5:45pm. As a general rule, the last bus at the castle departs downhill at 5:45pm
- Bus stops closed on Mondays: Hotel Valparaiso, Fundacio Pilar i Joan Miro, Palacio Marivent, Es Baluard.

Good way to hit all the important spots in a short period of time. The upstairs deck is pleasant and had a sun cover which we appreciated. The highlight for me was the Cathedral and surrounding areas. So if you want to save some time/money you could just visit that using a local bus. But the tours was worth it and met expectations.

Horrendous experience we had purchased tickets ahead of time and they were offering senior tickets on the ground for $35. We also had no audio because we didn't upgrade . we ended up getting off the hop on Hop off bus and needed to get an Uber to take us back to the ship Never Again

Very good way of seeing the city in an efficient way. Loved seeing the views from the castle. We sat on the lower deck, but then moved to the upper deck with a shade which was better.

During thr heat wave . The air conditioning is not very effective and seating in the back is like seating inside a broiler. You cant not see anything at all. I understand it is beyond their control but should uave more buses so people are not cramped so much

I thought this was the perfect way to see Palma in the heat. We had a bus with a shade drawn up on the top level. Plenty of air flow. The audio played relaxing music most of the time. It was hard to tell when it stopped and what stop it was. But we and most people just road the entire route.

The tour was okay. The loop the bus took did not show a whole lot of points of interest. It mainly drove through old and new neighborhoods.

Good way to get around Palma. The narrated fun facts in different languages served us well, since we were traveling with my mother-in-law who prefers Spanish, while my kids preferred English. The one thing I'll say is I wish they had more buses going around. They only had 3 going when we visited, so there was more waiting around to get back on at the stops we made.

I would not share our experience with anyone . I am very disappointed that at 4:30 pm a tour bus did not arrive as told. We ended up paying $35 for a taxi to take us back to the port. I always use Viator and this is the first mishap.

waste of money. couldn't understand what the audio was saying until the voice changed to an american around about the naval area. the bus didn't stop where the points of interest where so you could take a photo (i do understand that you can't always stop in the middle if traffic).

Great way to see the city! It’s not really a hop on and hop off though because if you hop off, there won’t be a seat for you on a new bus. The only stop people really got off was at the castle and the boat/cathedral. The boat tour was a wonderful addition to the ticket and a highlight of the tour!

This had the potential to be a nice tour. After 90 minutes of trying to locate an open stop (the first two were not) and taxying/walking, we finally found one. The app did not inform us of the closures. No other communication that I could find on the internet informed us of the closures. Once on, it was ok. We sat in the top section and got to see some nice landmarks. The trees are problematic there as many ran up against the side of the bus and several hit the top of the bus, causing the cover over the back to loudly slide back and forth.

Dont buy the supreme ticket for a Sunday since the boat doesnt run on Sundays. I wish viator had not sold me a ticket i could not use.

It was a great experience. The bus stopped at the cruise terminal, which was great.
Lots to see on the route and plenty of stops at important places like the cathedral.
Total loop was approx. 1.5 hours.
We are of an age to purchase the discounted senior tickets, so was great value.

Hop on Hop Off is the way to go when visiting a brand new city with unfamiliar landscapes. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Only suggestion, there is a bus stop closer to the Royal Caribbean cruise ship, but the signage is lacking.

However, in many destinations where we operate, we are not permitted by local authorities to place physical signage or branding directly on public road infrastructure or bus stops. For this reason, we work with official stop points and provide all location details through our maps, website, and on-board information to help guests find their nearest stop easily.

Palma is a very popular destination, especially during peak travel periods, and demand can sometimes be high on the most scenic routes. We continuously monitor capacity and frequency to help improve the experience and ensure smoother boarding at key locations such as Palma Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the seafront promenade.
For future visits, we also recommend combining the hop-on hop-off tour with other experiences in Mallorca, such as a boat cruise along the bay.

A great way to see Palma and the best way is to do a full loop and then get off. Bellver Castle stop is a must see - even if it’s just for the views. Rather pricey but cheaper than alternatives.

No explanation to where bus actually stopped. Drive told us to wait for the next bus, and it didn't stop. Finally had to walk 4 blocks to wait for a 3rd bus.

Instructions for meeting place is terrible, we were met at the area where the ship shuttle drops you off, this is the hop on bus location 18. Driver shut the door on everyone, told us to wait there, and left over 2 dozen of us standing there-no explanation. We waited about 30 minutes when I was able to get hold of the operator who said to the cathedral. Once there we located the provider and was told our tickets have to be validated with paper tickets to be given by them...this was handled but after being lectured how we (tourists) don't follow instructions, then moved to another line, missing another partially empty bus. The "premium " package is a decent value if you're seeing everything because it includes the entry. Every castle/museum/site needs the paper ticket to be exchanged for the actual ticket but we weren't instructed about this causing issues at entry locations. Make sure you go to the ticket purchase window before going to the entry area. You also need your paper pass not the electronic ticket to access the bus. The included boat rise is fun but difficult to locate as it is not near the drop off (#15) so walk about 10-15 minutes along the marina until you see a semi-abandoned building with a mural on it showing the hop on bus, the person under an awning near boat tie off area #2. The boat Marco Polo runs on the hour.
Bus employees and lack of decent instructions earn this a zero star rating but the City sites and Marco Polo staff were friendly and worth seeing.

The actual hop on hop off was excellent and worth the money. Saw way more than we would have. The negative is the ridiculous loading line to activate your ticket. Pre bought tickets are the same line as someone buying a ticket. 1 guy, 1 credit card machine. And every bus that came was practically full. So only a few spots each time. Result was over 90 minutes in scorching sun waiting to board. Really bad start to what could have been handled so much better.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait over 90 minutes in hot weather, especially when holding a pre-purchased ticket. Good overview tour. Beautiful views of Cathedral, Castle, and Marina. Our bus was delayed for at least 30 minutes when the driver's route was partially blocked by an illegally parked Porsche. Crefit to the driver, he did not risk the safety of the passengers, ir damage to the bus and Porsche by trying to "squeeze" through. He called his manager and the Police to intervene. It was quite an event@
If you use Rideshare to get back to Cruise Port from Stop #14, be AWARE, UBERs are NOT allowed into the cruise port. Only Taxi's. We had to walk from the Security Station back to our RCCL Port.
