The Supreme Ticket advertised by the Palma Travel Co. is misleading. BEWARE it does not include a boat trip on Sunday. You will be charged for the boat trip, but the boats do not run on Sunday. We have written to the Palma tour company and are waiting for a response.

Use caution when booking. There are a lot of Santa de whatever’s to choose from on Viator. We chose what we thought was Santa de La Palma, but ended up being Santa de Mallorca. La Palma has no HOHO buses.

This tour was somewhat disappointing because the promised commentary hardly appeared. For the firstprolonged period, we just heard music. Then, a fellow passenger went downstairs to tell the driver who said he'd "turn it on now". Still nothing. We moved seats because the unit in our seat was jammed on the wrong channel. New seat; still no sound even when on correct channel. 3rd seat move, 3rd time lucky. By then, we'd missed half the journey. Disappointing.

Loved that there were headphones provided, and you could choose the channel with your language. Unlike others that I've been on hop-on hop-off where they're playing all languages outlook to everyone for every site.
Helpful driver as well.
This was a great value and booking through Viator was a plus.

They cancelled our tour 9.5 hours prior to the start. We needed to give them 24 hours. Then they asked if we would like to buy a tour for less time and the cost was more money. We used them on other vacation destinations however they were great then. I don’t think I would use in the future. Thank you.

We started the tour at 1 and the agent there was very helpful. She told us the boat ride was cancelled because of the wind and the castle was closed for the season. Viator should have known this and charged less. It was lass expensive to buy the ticket in person. We intended to get off at stops 2, 5 and 7 where we had tickets. The announcement on the bus did not give numbers of the stops. It only gave the street name in Spanish so when we tried to get off the driver just kept going. We missed stop 2 and 5 and finally he let us off at stop 7 a bit past the actual stop. When we tried to return to the stop there were no signs marking where to wait. We ended up taking a cab back to stop 5. Once there we watched the entire area and were able to return to the bus where we stayed on until then end. We were very disappointed in this tour. The bus driver was not helpful or friendly.

This excursion was extremely over sold. There were 4 cruise ships in port at Palma de Mallorca. Even the tour representative stated there wasn't sufficient time (3 hrs) to visit all sites. Our stop #18 didn’t see a pick up for over 45 minutes. I have contacted both the company and Viator to refund me for my tickets. We never loaded the bus and walked around

A great way to see the city and some of the Iconic places. The stop at the port was convenient, but chaotic and with no control entering the bus. They should put a line for people buying tickets, people with tickets already and allow boarding with more ease and order. The bus stops are not easily marked and or visible in all stops. My headset plug-in was faulty and no control on sound and kept unplugging. The experience overall was good.

We were told to use an app to find the stops however the app didn’t mark accurate spots. Once we tried to ask for a refund because we went to three different stops and no buses came it actually took our tickets away so we could not use even if we wanted to. Horrible experience.

This was a nice long tour with multi lingual commentaries and numerous opportunities to get off and visit some of the attractions. We chose to get off and visit Bellver castle which is a very spectacular building with some magnificent views from the top.

We were on a cruise, and it was difficult to find a bus stop where we could get on the bus anywhere near the cruise port. We decided to take a taxi to a castle where there was supposed to be a stop, but the castle was closed so the bus didn't stop there so we had to take another taxi to a place where we could get the bus. We met others from our cruise who had similar issues. Once we got on the bus, the stops were so-so -- nothing very interesting except one cathedral.

Terrible experience with the hop on hop off bus in Palma de Mallorca. Bought tickets in advance thinking it would save time. At the cruise terminal stop there was a massive line and no real system in place. An agent insisted on validating every ticket which slowed everything down and created disorganization and opportunities for people to cut through the "second" line to board. We waited over an hour just to board while public buses and taxis with similar lines cleared within 20 minutes. Public transport was far more efficient and on time, we kept seeing public buses come and get people and go. This company could have easily created a proper queue and communicated wait times but instead seemed more interested in selling tickets. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

Stop is just outside the cruise terminal, very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and buses pretty much ran on schedule despite the heavy traffic in town. Great overview of Palma to then decide on other options.
