Great experience with a fantastic guide. The timing of the itinerary was perfect. The guide was bubbly and entertaining. I love how at every stop she gave us options to do on our own, along with recommendations and exact times to be back to the bus. Very informative and professional.

I was looking for a tour that would be great for my elder parents and teen kids. This definitely fit the criteria and was exactly as advertised. We got good luck with great weather in an otherwise very hot week. The tour guide, Catalina, was one of the best we’ve had. We loved her stories and good humor. Her recommendations were all spot on. The first stop at Valldemosa was our favorite and simply lovely. Sóller was overcrowded but that’s no fault on the tour company. The tram ride was really scenic. If I had one recommendation, it would be to allow more time at each stop. There wasn’t enough time to eat, shop and tour. We’ll definitely have to go back and visit these towns again.

Our guide, Catalina, was kind and funny. Our driver, Juan, was nice and reliable. We enjoyed the trip and glad we took the tour instead of doing it ourselves! It would’ve been hard to drive in those narrow roads and find parking. We enjoyed Valdemossa and Soller since our guide and driver made it stress free.

Catalonia was a fantastic tour guide. She gave us lots of information in an entertaining way. The length if time in each location was just right too.

You can easily get to Valldemosa and Soller using public transportation. This tour was largely composed of pensioners and you will spend half the day waiting for them.
A note about the company, No Frills is extremely unprofessional. I had another tour booked with them to Pollenca and they messaged me to cancel the tour at 9 pm through Viator the night before leaving me no time to find another excursion. I had also contacted the company via Whatsapp the day before and the morning of the tour and they did not even mention a cancellation

Valdemosa and Soller are beautiful!!! The landscapes during the trip are amazing. We also had a great guide and driver. I loved the day, ending with a delicious ice cream in Port de Soller. Thanks for this great day.

Lovely tour with some
Pretty towns visited. It would have been great to have had small stops at some of the scenic spots to take in the stunning views.
Our biggest problem was that when we originally book, we thought there were hotel pickups until we read the fi e print. It took us 2 buses and two taxis to get where we needed to meet which added an additional €40 to the cost of the trip and made for a stressful day trying to meet up for the departure.

Unfortunately I was one of the 5 people crammed in the back of the bus like sardines. They got a little greedy and oversold tickets. It didn’t matter that we showed up 30 minutes early to our pick up spot to ensure a good seat or bought 3 tickets a month in advance. On the tram, a dozen of us got into the first rail car only to be asked to move to another rail car because that one was for regular customers. So we all went to the group rail car and there weren’t enough seats. I found one and had to lock knees with a woman and her 8 year old across from me. My daughter stood the 20 minute ride. It wasn’t too long just inconvenient. When I asked the tour operator why they couldn’t sell less tickets to make it comfortable for all, she said she wasn’t responsible for ticket sales with a big smile. Her husband and she run the place so not sure that’s true. This is a good option to see a couple of lovely destinations and get from point A to B if you don’t have a car. The bus is properly air conditioned.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish - this tour has a touch of class. The itinerary is perfect with generous amounts of time given to explore. Our guide Catalina was a delight and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this tour.

We took this trip with a 3.5 year old. It was a great day. The guide was excellent and the coach driver very helpful, especially with the stroller we took with us. It is a long day with a 3.5yr old, but still excellent. We took things to entertain our son on the coach. Lots to see in both of the towns visited. The walk down to Soller from the coach has some quite narrow paths with a stroller but it wasn’t too difficult.

I went on this trip of Valldemossa and Soller with my partner and we both found this experience incredible. The train ride to Port de Soller was amazing and very romantic! Catalina was the perfect tour guide, checking-in on everyone and making sure we all enjoyed the sights. I would definitely book this trip again!

So pleased to have booked this tour of North Mallorca. The time spent in each location have been good and time travelling between towns has been filled by good knowledge and interesting information about the local area. Catalina and François have been an excellent guide and driver and would highly recommend the day trip to others wishing to explore gorgeous parts of mallorca. We have two children aged 7 and 5 who have most enjoyed the tram ride to Port Soller, which was well worth a visit even if only for an orange ice cream and paddle in the sea

Driver and tour guide we’re both awesome, and I enjoyed the scenery as well as just the right amount of free time in each stop to explore and get a flavor of the towns. I’m also glad it didn’t include a sales job to a local business like some of these kinds of tours often do. Highly recommend!

Juan our guide was excellent and very professional. He translated all information into 3 languages. He had knowledge of the area and told us about lives of regular Mallorca families. We had time to enjoy Chopin’s concert in Valdemosa and visit his room.
