It was reasonably priced and a very good tour how was your dad? Tammy was fantastic. She had lots of knowledge very personable and lots of fun and today I highly recommend her as a tour guide.

Good to skip the queue for the Cathedral but not many other sights shown. It was dual language German and English, so a bit boring waiting for our language, wouldn't book a dual language tour again.

The meeting point was wrong on the email with the ticket information . Double check pick up point as we only just made it in time. Juan the guide was excellent and thoroughly enjoyed his jovial manner and interesting information he gave .

The specified address (Carrer del Moll, 3, 07012 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain) is wrong. I arrived early and there was no tourist office there.

1. Panic-stricken because we couldn’t figure out where to met the group because the address was incorrect in the message. Also, it does not start and end in the same location as indicated.
2. Juan was late to arrive
3. Very disorganized
4. The tour did not mention that it was going to be in BOTH English and Spanish. As you can imagine, we only got to do half of the highlights because each highlight of the church and town was done for each language.
5. As it is “No-Frills”, there aren’t any listening devices. There are A LOT of people in the church which makes it hard to hear the tour guide.
6. Juan was very knowledgeable.
7. We did skip the line.

Nice explanation bout the cathedral and very friendly guide Juan.The only negative thing was,that the meeting point was not clear and I couldnt find it .I had to contact the operator many times and finally I called the guide and joined the Tour.I was late about 20 minutes because of the difficulty to find the meeting point.

Tour guide was very informative and 90 minutes was perfect amount of time. Would have given 5 stars except tour guide was 10 minutes late and meeting point was unclear.

Jeannine was an excellent tour guide. However difficult finding location from cruise port. The food was not to my liking however.
