We booked the Palma de Mallorca Easy Bike Tour through Viator as our first port stop on a Mediterranean cruise, and it was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
The meeting point was easy to locate, check-in was organized, and the group size stayed small as advertised. The bikes were in good condition and comfortable for a relaxed city ride.
Our 10-year-old son was the only child in the group, and we were initially unsure how that would work — but the pace was truly “easy,” mostly flat terrain along the waterfront and through the historic center. He handled it well, and the guide made everyone feel included.
Stopping near the Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma (La Seu) was a highlight — beautiful views and just the right amount of historical context without slowing the ride too much.
We typically book cruise-line excursions for timing reassurance, but this independent booking worked perfectly and returned with plenty of buffer time before departure.
Great option for families with older kids who are comfortable riding bikes and for adults wanting an active but relaxed introduction to Palma.
Would definitely recommend.

Mostly flat on flat tire bikes. Sergio was very nice and gave a lot of information about the history of Majorca and the buildings.

For this excursion we used bikes not e-bikes. I am 46 and my kids are 13 and 11. It was perfect. The tour included only the three of us and was wonderful to explore part of the city on a bike.

Great way to see Palma in a few hours. Pace is leisurely and slow with few hills so most people can participate. Please note if you choose the tapas option that you are just left at a nearby restaurant at the end rather than specific food stops throughout the tour.

Awesome tour!
Family of 7 ranging in age from 6 to 60. They had bikes for every kid that were easy to ride and our guide, Sergio, was awesome.
We did the cruise pick-up and the nice van picked us up easily just outside the cruise terminal. The driver was a little confused on the exact place to drop us off, but it was only a block away, so no problem.
After getting our bikes we went on a perfectly paced ride about time even including this AMAZING bakery/ice cream place that had close to the best ice cream I have ever had anywhere.
After the tour the van picked us up and took us right back to the cruise terminal. Overall this was one of our favorite tours of our entire trip.

We loved our guide, Susanna, who shared interesting information about each stop on our tour. She was humorous and informative.
As we were riding through Palma de Mallorca, I was filled with awe at the beauty of the city. My family (husband and 2 teenagers) said it was a highlight of our trip and we would love to come back to visit again.

What an amazing experience! This was the best activity we did the entire week in Spain and France! We had an incredible time seeing the sights of the city while cruising through on our bicycles!
There were a couple hills- not bad--however some people in our group had to get off the bike and walk them. If this could be you, I would recommend paying the extra $25 for an electric bike that will do the work for you.
Our guide recommended Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo-it is onyl about a 10 minute walk from the bike shop and it will be the most amazing pastry and ice cream you ever put in your mouth! Don't miss out on this!!! If you are a foodie, you have to go!

Although the bikes were a bit heavy and difficult to maneuver at times, our tour guide Sergio was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting historical information about Palma. The bike company also offered lighter bikes at slight up charge for those who were interested. I’m not a regular biker and I was able to manage the heavier bike with some difficulty going up hills. But even with that difficulty, I would still highly recommend this tour.

While the scenery and location was beautiful, the bikes were not in good shape. My back brake did not work and gears would not shift properly. My husband’s bike was rusty and seat wouldn’t stay at adjusted height. The soft spoken tour guide had a lot of knowledge and shared interesting stories.

We done the bike tour on Thursday - group of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Everyone absolutely loved it and it's a great way to see the city. My husband had an issue with his bike so it may be an idea for the tour guide to carry a repair kit.
