There are no stops. So any photos need to be taken while bus moving or maybe lucky if stopped at traffic light. Also many tree lined streets which obstructed views. There are some beautiful buildings but not many opportunities to get good photos.
Crowded and noisey bus. Hard to take photos because of traffic narrator had interesting history and explanations
A great introduction to Madrid on our first night. Sit upstairs and enjoy the nighttime atmosphere, especially along Gran Vía. It’s an easy way to get the lay of the land and we’d highly recommend it for first-time visitors. The tour is fairly brief and the commentary is pre-recorded, so don’t expect much customization, but as an orientation to the city it was perfect.

Very nice, helpful tour guides. We enjoyed the top of the bus to see the city at night. Sometimes the talking did not match up with the exact spot where the bus was on the road due to traffic but that’s to be expected. It was informative and a nice way to spend the evening.

It was OK I likely wouldn’t do it again. I would much rather have done the day bus because at least in August in Madrid, the city doesn’t light up as other seasons.

Awesome! It was amazing I must do. I’m really glad that we did it. Took us to places that we might not have otherwise been able to see in Madrid. Lots of great history and entertaining audio.

My headphone plug was clogged, so I couldn't listen to the audio guide during the tour.
Also it isn't really a "night" tour - at least not in August. If you await illuminated buildings, you have them at best within the last 10 minutes.

Good tour, late about an hour and ten minutes. Very informative, but if your doing it in summer go on top otherwise you will melt on the lower deck.

Great way to start your trip in Madrid. It was still so hot at 8:30pm in August so get a seat under the open air top!!!

Good experience to do at night when your feet are tired! The bus was comfortable, be sure to check your headset on the seat as a few were not working. Sit on the left side of the bus. The tour was ok, depending on traffic or stoplights the narrative might not be in sync, but overall it was a good overview of the history of the city. There is no stopping so keep your cameras ready if you want pics. :)

Not very good narrative from the tour operator and I messaged them that night in regards to a lost passport and they never replied.

The tour bus was a great choice after being tired from walking around Madrid. It was relaxing, comfortable, and the audio guide made it easy to learn about the city’s history while resting and enjoying the views. A very comfortable way to get to know the city better!

The full circuit ride took us all around so we saw some amazing places. The tour guide Valentina was our host. It was hard to understand all of the English because it was so muffled on the speakers.

We were disappointed with this tour bus experience. Most of the highlights were on the left side and it was dark we thought we see enough with the lightning , so from our seats we could hardly see anything. The guide Olga, was speaking extremely loud (maybe due to the speaker system), but also very, very fast, making it almost impossible to understand, even in English there were more people who thought the same. Overall, it was frustrating and not worth the time or money.

Visibility from the upper deck of the bus is poor. It was a beautiful night, and I would’ve rather have been in open air bus. Ours had frosted plexiglass ceiling and obstructions when looking out the window. Our guide’s commentary was 2/3 Spanish 1/3 English and although I could understand the Spanish, my partner didn’t get nearly as much out of the tour.

We loved the Madrid night tour! Dami was an amazing tour guide. Her presentation was funny and personable. She was engaging with all of the participants and very knowledgeable. She is truly a Spanish Monument!

Tour started 35 mins late due to overbooking.
Microphone was static at times and not clear,.
City sights were pretty lit up at night but towards the end it was too dark due to starting late.

Afternoon evening timing gives very interesting lighting of sights as sunset approaches. Bus had individual audio translations for every seat which WERE NOT USED. Heavily accented guide spoke VERY FAST first in English then repeated in Spanish. The pop songs played were an irrelevance. The history and other commentary that we managed to hear was satisfactory. The bus meeting point was a shambles as all passengers had to jog 500m up the road to where the bus was actually parked.

Christina the tour guides English is not good. If she spoke more slowly and at a lower pitch I think it would be ok but I barely understood most of what she said and neither did the English speakers nearby. She spoke at the same speed as when she spoke Spanish

We never went on this tour you guys changed time and failed to notify us. I called that same night. You stated you had to investigate it. I will never recommend your company. I'm demanding my refund of47.92 Shame on you for stating it was completed. Olga Ostos

I am still waiting for refund of $74.01 for a trip we could not take as it left an hour earlier than notified, can't find a refund for said amount. Could someone please look into this there is refund in my a/c for $53 but not your amount.

Definitely bring a coat because the driver is doing race car delivering with a bus. All the views are obstructed and not actually not discussed very well. The narrator was very dry. It was almost like he didn’t want to be involved. He was not interested nor even pointing things out completely it’s definitely not worth and can be skipped
