Our plane was 45 minutes late. We had a communication with our driver that he would be there in 30 minutes as he had another fate scheduled. He instead found another driver we only had a ten minute wait. Pretty good as it was weather condition related. Very Satisfied.

Very late turning up. Eventually arrived 45 minutes late. Our driver, William was good and I would like to book return journey but flight times are fixed so can't afford to be late. Need assurance that pick up will be on time.

Très déçu !! Je me suis trompée de jour d’arrivée lors de ma réservation et je n’ai pas eu un coup de téléphone de leur part pour me prevenir, j’ai payé pour un transfert qui n’a pas eu lieu, du coup j’ai donc annulé mon transfert de retour à l’aéroport et j’ai trouvé une autre solution
