A definite must-do in Madeira

If you’re looking for an activity that is off the beaten path, I can’t highly recommend this enough. Marcia and Elder are fantastic hosts. They completely ensure everyone is safe and their hospitality is second to none. Getting to interact with the beehives is fascinating not to mention sampling a variety of delicious breads, cheeses, and cider after. Absolutely loved this experience.

Marcia and Helder were amazing hosts. We are amateur beekeepers ourselves and thought it would be fun to check out beekeepers from Madeira. This experience felt more like we were hanging out with old friends. If you're interested in bees or local agriculture we highly recommend this experience. Thank you again Marcia and Helder, you really made our trip to Madeira special. PS; they take you for the best Poncha on island!!
