Electric car was low on battery and eventually ran out and was unable to charge so we had to Uber our way back to London in a hurry to make our next event. I am requesting some credit back for this reason

Richard did a fantastic job- picked us up on time and delivered us back to Heathrow (also on time) with no issues. We were able to see a tremendous number of attractions/ eat lunch in a great pub and just generally enjoy the day in London. We we staring a 16 hour layover in the face and this was exactly what we needed...thanks much, Richard!
