Expensive for what you get but guide was a true pleasure

This is a really fun tour. We elected to conduct our journey in Borough Market which was fantastic on a Sunday morning. The food samples were well thought out, well proportioned, and overall delicious. Our guide Sam was humorous, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. The tour didn't extend through the advertised time and was a little pricey for what we received. Overall a fun and worthy experience.

I actually have been on both the Borough Market food tour (with Tom) & the Soho food tour (with David). They are best friends who curated this experience and as someone who has been on over 30 food tours, there is no doubt that both these tour take the top of my list. You can enjoy great food on any food tour, but you won't get Tom or Dave. They are irreplaceable. Their energy, charisma, kindness, ability to breathe life into the food they are sharing takes your experience to the next level. We will remember this food tour forever, not just because the food was DELICIOUS, but because of how infectious their personalities were!!!

Tom was an absolute delight and full of stories as he took us on an amazing and tummy filling trip through SoHo. We had an absolutely fabulous time and can’t recommend this tour more highly. Would love to explore other food areas of London with them on future travels.

Fantastic Experience at Borough Market

We had an amazing culinary tour of Borough Market. Every selection was delicious including sausage, fish and chips, cheese and empanadas. We finished at a great pub with some wine and sticky toffee pudding. An overall great experience.

We had a fantastic time on the Borough Market tour with Tom. He was friendly and knowledgeable and impressive in every way. We were greeted with a gin cocktail and everything we tasted was incredible. Loved the fish and chips and the empanadas as well as the dessert but it was literally ALL delicious. I would highly recommend this for a first trip to London as you learn a lot about the city as well as the food.

I didn’t get to go on the tour. It was my friends birthday, and we scheduled this tour with five people. It was very unprofessional And a disaster. Once the tour guy contacted me stated it was a mistake on the time I had 1130 to 3 o’clock but he had 3 o’clock until six but we had to catch a train back to Paris. Very sad day but we made the best out of it

This tour was amazing. We had a river cruise along the Thames prior to this and unfortunately returned much later than anticipated. David (our guide) waited 45 minutes for us and gave us an amazing tour of SoHo. it felt very personalized and it truly felt like David was showing us his home. He gave us insights into each dish that we had and some of my most memorable food memories from this trip occurred during this tour.

I cannot possibly use enough words to express how amazing this experience was! Tom was our guide and he was FANTASTIC! His excitement and passion really shone through. He gave us an amazing tour and highlight of Borough Market and we had an amazing dessert to finish it all off and had a great chance to chat and get to know him. Even more impressive was the follow up email that he sent that gave details about everything that we sampled and even recommendations of places to go and try during our visit. I would 1000% do this tour again and recommend this to anyone!

Our guide for this private food tour, David (Chubby Fellow), had already reached out to us to check on food allergies and to ensure we knew exactly where to meet. When we met, he started us off with a refreshing cocktail...a good start for any tour...and then began the tour through Borough Market and it's surrounds. Together, we sampled food and drink from several vendors and shop keepers...choosing only the best based on his experience. The fish and chips is the best I have found...and the sausage rolls were great. David also shared the history of the market and shared some very interesting stories and historical anecdotes. This tour was the highlight of our London visit...and I highly recommend this tour for those foodies looking for the best in street food!

I have taken food tours all over the world but David made this, hands down, the best tour I’ve ever taken. Not only was he a wealth of history of the area and Borough Market, but his great relationships with the vendors opened this tour up to really get a chance to get to know them. I bough some really fun things to take back with me and tried lots of great foods. I have never liked blue cheese, but he changed my mind. I highly recommend David and Chubby Fellow tours.

My daughter and I took this private SoHo tour with David and it was one of the best food tours I have ever taken, and I have taken many. David introduced us to new foods and an elevated version of favorites. He pairs that with great local knowledge of the area. David is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his tours. Not only did we get a wide variety of delicious foods from different cultures, but he also had some surprises for us along the way that added to the enjoyment. David was very engaging and kept us entertained with good conversation during the tour. We enjoyed our ourselves immensely and would do another food tour with him on a subsequent visit to London.

What a wonderful food tour... We did the Soho Food Tour and it was so good. David as our "foodie" guide was awesome. My family had such a good time that we already decided that the next time we are in London we want to take all the other tours offered by this fabulous tour company. I cannot recommend this food tour enough... all the food/restaurant choices were perfect and the explanation and history of the area was so informative. Yummy, and one of the best food tours we have ever been on.
