Please go directly to our pick-up point located in the "E2" parking area. HOW TO FIND US: • Once you collect your luggage, stay on the FIRST FLOOR (don't go upstairs) and walk to DOOR 3. • Exit the airport building and cross to "PARKING E2"*. We park here, near the Uber parking and the toilets. • Wait by the blue "APPARKA" machines. The driver will come to get you with a "QuickLlama" sign 5-10 minutes before the departure time. • We don't have an office inside the airport. If you need help, please contact us on WhatsApp (there is free WiFi in the airport). Our vehicles are easy to recognize because they have our logo on the sides. They will be there 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

We offer a door-to-door service. We will drop you off wherever you'd like inside the Miraflores District. Alternatively, we can drop you off in our parking terminal located right next to Miraflores Kennedy Park.

I had to wait a half hour for the shuttle after traveling all night. Then we went to four different hotels before I got dropped off. Then we went driver was very nice but I just didn’t expect the waits. It took 1,5 hours after my plane landed before I got to my hotel.

Not transparent about pick up time and NOT flexible or accommodating, stay away, just pay for the official YELLOW AIRPORT OFFICIAL TAXI.

You booked the 11:20pm and shuttle and we reserved you a seat for the 11:20pm. We are very flexible and allow our clients to use other shuttles (earlier or later) as long as seats are available. In your case you wanted to leave earlier but you we unfortunately didn't have seats available earlier.

Our driver, Rodolfo Yhuasz's, showed up very early and super nice! He tried to have a conversation with us thru Google translate while waiting for other passengers, and recommended food to must try in the country. He also shared his Internet wifi with us when we had trouble with our travel sim.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their website show beautiful buses and smiling customers. Not the reality. Here is the story:
1) despite promises on their website that the driver would have my ticket info and I just needed to supply my name, he didn’t and I had to dig out my ticket from my luggage.
2) the ticketing information says to look for their bus which will be well marked with their logo. No such vehicle. Instead, i was told to get into an older 5 passenger personal vehicle.
3) ultimately there was 5 people in the vehicle- 3 in the back seat including me (I am fairly thin) a thin woman and between us a guy who was probably 80 pounds overweight.
4) the 80+ guy was dropped off first, the women in the backseat second and then despite my hotel being much, much closer, the woman in the front passenger seat next. I am not positive but based on their interactions, I think she was the driver’s significant other. She didn’t have any luggage so she certainly wasn’t a passenger arriving at the airport.
Overall, nothing like what was promised. DO NOT USE

Driver was wonderful, kind, and helpful. Directions on where to find the van from the company were very wrong and directions in the airport very unclear. In short, worth the cost (super affordable) but some added hassle, especially after 10 hours of plane travel overnight.

The instructions to meet the van was poor, it was based on the old Airport, they forgot to update me that Lima opened up a new airport 3 weeks before my travel date. I showed the instructions to several people at the airport and nobody could help. I ended up taking a taxi to my hotel. The shuttle people offered me a ride back to the airport in exchange, but I was not flying out of the same city. This is not an airport shuttle, they do not operate from the airport, you would be stranded!

Very good service! Takes you from the airport (very easy to find pick up location) and drops you to your hotel.
Price is fixed so you don't have to deal with bargaining with taxi drivers.
Communication with the company in real time (what's app) is possible and they offered to wait for me for my delayed flight.
The driver didn't speak English but this wasn't a problem at all.

Pluses: the service was cheap, and the joining instructions were clear. Minuses: the driver was 25 minutes late, and the man at the stop who communicated this insisted on a tip despite my not really needing his help. I had no cash and this didn't go down well despite insisting I wasn't lying.

After receiving notification that the ride would leave 5 minutes past the scheduled time and worrying about making it through customs in time to make the ride the quick llama was 20 minutes late fora trip taking 1hr. I Arrived 30 minutes early and notified them.

Arrived in Lima, went to parking lot and no pick Llama on sight. Tried to reach Viator to no avail. Half an hour later the van showed up but driver did no find my reservation. He finally took a screen shot of my reservation and agreed to take us to our destination. Need signs with information on meeting point and Viator or Quick Llama contact info on parking lot. Lots of room for improvement.

I received a text from the driver changing my original pick up time at the airport because it was supposedly going to take us longer to go thru immigration and to accommodate he moved our pick up time to 12 am 00:00 midnight our flight was on time we went thru immigration on time arrived to the pick up location, jetlagged, cold, starving, and tired. I taxed the driver and told him that we had arrived to the pick up time at our original reserved time and if he could please pick us up now. The driver never responded and we waited out in the cold from 10:10 pm till midnight!!!! Unacceptable, than on top of that he made us wait for more passengers!! Aweful service!!
