Dollar for dollar this was an excellent value. I harmonically just booked my transfer from the airport to the hotel but after my arrival experience I booked the return trip too. The pickup location was extremely well described via a what’s app message before I arrived and it was smooth and easy to get to. The ride was pretty direct, since they only take people from the same neighborhood, so it took under an hour one way. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Lima!

It was a nice trip, but instead of the same avenues, when he got to callao he took very small street and it started to get spooky. I think he do that because there was a lot of traffic.

I waited for 50 minutes on the sidewalk in front of my hostel as confirmed by email and text from Viator and Rapid Llama. I emailed and texted multiple times to both asking for help and my transportation to the airport. I finally received a text saying that they had sent me a WhatsApp message about a location change. I DONOT USE WHAT'S App!! I had to run with luggage to the new van "leaving in five minutes" location and arrived at the airport and hour later than I planned

Hi, did you have a reservation in the first place? When did this happen? I just checked our system and don´t find any booking of 6 for a Javier in the last few weeks. We have multiple channels to respond to people: viator direct chat, whatsapp, phone call, so we find it very strange that you were not able to contact us, because are generally very responsive.

My Spanish is limited so I needed transport that could be direct and easy to follow. The directions for airport pickup was straightforward and just as pictured. There were a few other folks using the service so that made me feel at ease. The driver arrived prior to the scheduled time and was able to verify my destination. My flight was canceled and rescheduled and they were always accommodating to adjust the times even though I was arriving much later than the scheduled time. I would definitely use this service again!

Got a Whatsapp message after booking to confirm the reservation and make sure I had plenty of time for my flight. Day before, got another message with estimated time. Lots of clear communications. Pick up exactly as estimated outside hotel in a van, not a large bus. Nice, confidence drive, will book again for sure!

After having a positive experience getting from the Lima airport to our Miraflores airbnb, we were confident we would have a good experience getting back to the airport to go home. However, it was not the case. We were picked up almost 1 hour late, and the driver was not an experienced driver - didn't know how to drive a stick shift with confidence, and it was over an hour to get to the airport. . . after the delay of pickup - we were very concerned we would miss our flight. . . We are sorry to say we could not recommend this experience with this driver and therefor, with this company.

Transport was supposed to kick me up at 6:50 AM on 5-25-22 at the Lima, Peru airport. I received a text in wasapp @ 6:43 AM indicating that the Can will not be coming to conduct oigo ups because a mechanical difficulty and the next Van was @ 9:30 Am. This is not a reliable mean of transport. I will not recommend this service even if is cheap. You get what you pay for.
