Our host was on time, communicated clearly, and the driver was very very safe. In addition, the dispatcher communicated ahead of time on pickup location and time.

Second time using them (first time no issues) this time I had to chase for confirmation of booking and they wanted to pick us up 30min earlier than I booked which wasn’t ideal but glad I checked. Although they probably based that on the fact we were flying with Iberia this time (the queues are horrendous - LATAM is way more efficient). Large tourist van, plenty of space for luggage and this one had useable seatbelts - a rarity in Lima!

Driver and greeting person was right on time, very nice people, i received confirmation of my reservation through e-mail. My phone was stolen so I don't know if I received a txt or WhatsApp message, my tour guide has to call for let me know the exact time that driver will pick me up, I was looking for e-mail with the time of the pick up but i did not receive it, so I asked my tour guide to call.

This company provides great services. They sent a reminder/confirmation email a couple days prior to let you know exactly when they will pick you up. The driver handled the luggage. The guide even offered to help me check in. Would definitely use this company again.

The representative was waiting in the hotel lobby for me and everything was very prompt and efficient. I received an e-mail within 24 hours before with a confirmation of an exact pickup time and it was accurate. I would utilize this service again if ever in Lima.

Bus was right on time for my pick up, driver drives safely and 'guide' speaks English most Peruvians don't. I only wanted to be at the airport at a different time than the Company proposed. This could not be changed as also other people on the flight were picked up. This was a pitty but absolutely no deal breaker. Would choose the Company again if I were to return to Lima.

I enjoyed this tour. Loved Lima, especially cocktails overlooking the pacific. I plan to return someday to do it again. But the most important reason for going to Peru was machu Picchu a great experience.

We were delayed in Santiago following plane troubles . I contacted the tour company to inform them of our late arrival in Lima. We were very relieved that they were there to meet us even though we were 3 hours later than scheduled . Excellent service.
