Never ever book this tour! This company are scammers!!! Never had the ride, never got refund! We canceled tour because of state of emergency in Peru: airports shut down, trains shut down, blockades on highways. US embassy said to leave country immediately, that we did. But Tour operator said that they can TRY to drive through blockades disregarding our safety. Of course we tried to cancel tour and left country, but tour operator refusing to refund.

What a lie!!... Before you booked we let you know what was happening in the routes and YOU accepted and make the booking... we always told you that if in any circunstance the highway is blocked, we could not pass and have to return and you will lose your payment... and YOU accepted... we talked a night before your shuttle and you confirm your pick up... then you wrote at midnight leaving a message that you were leaving the country because your embassy TOLD YOU that... When the driver go to your hotel for pick you up... just let us know this information and we saw that you left that message. so we JUST CHARGED the expenses of taking the vehicule to your hotel... rest of your payment was refund through Viator... IF YOU WANT TO BOOK ANY SERVICE ALWAYS HEAR WHAT THE OPERATORS SAYS... NOT ONLY YOUR EMBASSY AND JUST TAKE ACTION WHEN THEY SAY... CHECK WITH VIATOR YOUR REFUND... We just charged 10% because of your joke... Regards
