First day in Peru and got a taste

The staff were all so nice and friendly. They were really educating us on the ingredients. I loved the tour of the market before cooking. My favorite part was the chili tasting as I am a fan of spicy foods. They had sub for my ceviche since I am allergic to fish. They made us feel so welcomed at all times and kept us entertained
