It was a very nice tour. Our guide picked us up from our Airbnb and took us to the city center. My only warning about travel to Lima is the traffics. It is unlimited and at all times of the day. We must have spent 2 hours just in traffic!!!

This was a wonderful unique tour. The water show was inside a large park with beautiful colors and images along with music. Great evening activity. We included a stop at a rooftop overlooking the cathedral and surroundings. Great photo opportunity! Guide was very good and recommended a great place for dinner following our tour.

This Tour Operator is dishonest and cannot be trusted. We did not do the tour, we were asked by the Operator to cancel the tour booked with Virator and rebook directly with them for cash. The Operator contacted me via telephone to tell me that was the only way he could make money. If my almost 15 years of using Viator this is the first time I am experiencing this issue with an Operator.

They cancelled on the morning of the tour. Said they tried to call me, but I didn't get a call. They could have sent a message through the app, but because I didnt answer the call that I didn't get, they cancelled the tour. I had to send a few messages to get a response. Got a couple of voicemail messages after I sent messages to find out what was going on. It wouldn't have been hard for them to send a message if they weren't able to get through to me by calling. No apologies for cancellation.

Tour was OK. We booked this to fill an empty evening in the city - we rushed to quickly through the city at dusk, would rather we spent more time there despite the business. Water light show was nice but nothing special - or not my thing. Guide was OK and accommodating. The driver Carlos was kindof awkward - took a video of us without permission and general behaviour odd at times. But all good

We booked the evening tour but as it duplicated some of our daytime tour Carlos our guide kindly changed the itinerary and took us to somewhere that we hadn't seen.
Carlos and our driver went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great night and we thoroughly enjoyed it Carlos took photos and made a video of our evening and sent it to us at the end of the tour. It was a lovely touch and a great keepsake of our trip.
I would thoroughly recommend this trip it was lovely to be looked after so we'll with everything taken care of.

Good pre-tour communication. The driver was right on time. You definitely want to do a private tour for the light show as the crowds and traffic are were very dense, a small group has a much easier time getting around. We had priority entry and avoided the line that went around the block. The show is 15 minutes of dancing waters and projected images telling Peru's history. We also did a short walking tour at the town center to see the major landmarks. Our guide took photos of us during the evening and sent them to us afterwards.

Plaza de Armas at night is beautiful! The water fountains were so pretty, as well as the water show! Krisna and Juan Carlos were great. Traffic was TERRIBLE and there are no rules to driving in Lima so pack extra undies.

I really enjoyed this tour. My guide was flexible when I found myself at a different location when it was time to be picked up. I then had a private car ride to the fountains and downtown Peru. My guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially appreciated his willingness to answer questions while also keeping us on time.

We were picked up by car and drove through several districts of Lima. The guide explained some information about Lima during the ride. We made some stops and did sightseeing. But the best was definitely the water show in the park.

This tour was overpriced for what we got. Our guide and driver were great and shared interesting information about Lima, the Incas and Pre-Incas, but the felt rushed. The Magic Water Show was very impressive, so there was value in the guide bringing us to a good viewing spot.

Since the main attraction of this tour for us was the Magical Waters show, I would have to say that the tour itself was disappointing. Traffic congestion and an unnecessary stop for pisco sours got us to the show for the final TWO minutes. You cannot control the traffic, but under the circumstances, Carlos should have made the executive decision to skip the bar stop in favor of the show.

The vehicle was old and dirty. The Tour guide smelled bo and left us before the Tour ended and the information was poor.I will not take a tour with Viator anymore.

My trip to Peru was great, but not because of this company. The guide was either uninformed on his history of Lina, or just didn't speak English... He smiled a lot, but couldn't tell us anything other than the obvious,this us a cathedral. It was disappointing! The water park was a disaster. It took over one hour to wait in a very unsafe street/line for entrance. So we rushed from one fountain to another, never really appreciating what they were all about. Then we had a driver who was really sick, sneezing and coughing, and a car with no air conditioning with 32 degrees outside! I couldn't wait to have it end! I would give 1/2star

The tour did not start out well since the driver was an hour late. In his defence, the traffic was horrible and it was so for the whole night, which was the major contributor to the rating. Having said that, the driver should know the traffic situation and accounted for it in planning his pick up. The fountain night park was very interesting with the laser show being the highlight. The guide was quite informative throughout the trip.

The tour guides were so lovely, fun and really knew a lot about Lima. I had been to Lima once before and was told multiple times not to go out at night in town as a female on my own so when I was back with my mum I really wanted her to see the town at night and this was a safe way of doing so.

Overall a good tour, the guide was good and very informative. However, we did not go to Mt Cristobal as stated in the description, instead lots of time was spent at the Water circuit which was a treat in itself. The guide was also very rushed. In addition, we did receive the souvenir as stated on line. When asked and shown the voucher, the guide did not know what we were talking about and claimed that they did not provide souvenirs.

Our private driver Alejandro and out private guide Gustavo did a great job. Despite heavy Lima traffic, we safely drove through the downtown areas seeing historical buildings with their evening lighting. The colored fountains of Parque de la Reserva was the tour highlight. It is a favorite of the locals. If your visiting Lima you shouldn't miss it.
