Tourist Information Center was great!

Booked my experience directly through Viator. One of the two pickup locations was the Tourist Information Center in downtown Miraflores. We chose that one. We showed up there in plenty of time and there was no reservation! If it hadn't been for the heroic efforts of Luca and others at the Tourist Information Center we would never have caught up with our group and seen the magic water fountains. Don't know what happened with Viator, but the Tourist Information Center was wonderful. They made it happen! Viator, get your act together!

Water park. Magico Del Agua

Rubi was a wonderful guide so knowledgeable and great English. The water park is great fun and beautiful with lots to do for every age. Rubi bought a light dessert of local donut and honey. We enjoyed the night and Rubi's company

Okay but seemed more of a tour for kids

Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable but the overall experience was a bit underwhelming and seemed more oriented to people traveling with kids than for just adults. Also the tour does not need to be 3 hours long. It could be easily cut down to 1 hour.
