Very poor communication

I tried for a week before the scheduled event to verify the pickup hotel and only the day before the event did I get an answer while I was in the air flying to Puru that my hotel was not availablefor free pickup service. There was continued confusion and I finally canceled. I received an email saying they were sorry about the confusion and they would refund my $60.00. I have not seen a refund yet

My wife and I enjoyed this half-day trip very much. The guide (Melanie) was very good, friendly, and thoughtful. She was very knowledgeable about local history and spoke good English.

Melanie was a fantastic guide - very flexible and knowledgeable- even our teenage children learned a lot. She was able to answer all of our questions and made the tour very informative and enjoyable (our driver was excellent too!)
