This was not what we expected at all :(
Not worth the money we paid. It’s a one hour ride to the caves, and one hour back. You are at the caves for 15/20 minutes. They are beautiful, however not worth the 2.5 hr boat trip
Would be much better to go from Carvoeiro. Much shorter
The unfortunate part about being on this boat was there was no ambiance. No vibe. No music playing no waters to offer anybody if they were getting sick. It could be so much better for the guys who own this company to change it up a little bit. Maybe play some Portuguese music as we’re driving there for an hour and there’s people getting really seasick around you. Dead silence doesn’t help. And you are on top of each other in your seats.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed :((((

You spend 2 hours travelling a boat, however the caves, the reason you came, are seen in a hurry, possibly not even be able to make a photo in such a crowd of people on the boat. Anyway, the caves themself are not so interesting as the cliffs and beaches. Staff was friendly.
I do not recommend to those who feel seasick.

Good experience getting to see the Cave! No boats get to go inside of the cave very deep but we still got to see it. We got to go inside other caves that were bigger. There was an opportunity to jump in the water for a few minutes. Overall nice experience.

Lagos is a town with hundreds of tourists, all trying to get the best spot on their tour. We were originally booked for the trip 2 days prior but the seas were rough, so they rescheduled us. The tour was fun, the team on the boat was great-but the engineering are so loud that its impossibile to hear the guide talk about the history of the area. We paused at several beaches along the way-then to the caves which are beautiful and interesting. There were several boats jockeying for a position to enter the caves, but we waited pur turn. After seeing the caves, we went out to a swimming spot and if was wonderful. The ride back to Lagos was nice, people were quiet but always hogging the prime spots for pictures. Our guide asked people to be respectful and give others a chance to get a good shot.

Majority of the boat was sick … the waters were rough but we continued to speed through it despite everyone getting sick. Maybe instead of thinking about getting to destinations for a specific time take into consideration the people on the boat, the waters and slow down if needed. Let’s just say they almost ran out of throw up bags cause everyone couldn’t stop asking for more.

Really nice boat trip, easy to book, to find and the tour guide was helpful and friendly. It was a relaxing boat ride across the coast to Benagil cave, with 2 mins in the cave to take pictures on the boat (this was a rule across all boat tours)

Our Tour was well organized, however the guide was not explaining enough. The boat had a short stop for who wanted jump in to water. Mostly we went to Benagil and came back.

The trip was great. Especially for families with special seating for the kids.
You get to go into several caves and lot of opportunities for pictures.
They do have drinks both adult and not available for a reasonable price.
Jumping in the water is recommended especially on a hot day!

Our afternoon cave tour on the catamaran was canceled due to poor weather related conditions. But the tour group contacted us the night before and asked if we were OK to reschedule to the morning or the next day. Luckily we were able to reschedule for the morning and enjoyed a nice tour of 3 caves, the last being the one that is the most famous stop with the opening at the top. The boat was clean and had ample seating for everyone. It was driven safely and we had gorgeous views of the surrounding coastal villages and landscape. The tour guide was friendly and gave a few informative facts about the area. We could not enter the caves completely but we were able to get a good enough view of the interior from where we stopped. We could only stay a few minutes in each cave so you had to snap your pictures swiftly as possible due to the number of people on the boat.
Overall, we had a very nice time enjoying the exhilarating tour of the caves and beautiful views.

When you book one of our tours, be it directly with us or with a booking platform, the address of our meeting point is clearly stated on the confirmation ticket, furthermore, our meeting point is fairly large and visible. 130 euro for 2 adults and 2 young childs only for watch the costline of lagos and when we reach the Benagil Caves 1 minutes just outside the Cave,we couldn t see anything inside,i couldn t take any pictures except outside the Cave,we could stop any side or beachs just for a quick swimm,sorry never again

It's a catamaran ride to few caves. The ride is suitable for people with young children and mobility issues since it is a larger boat. Everything went well, but our boat was full so it was not easy to see much inside the cave. Felt the price was very expensive for the experience we received.
