What To Expect
Make your way to Marina de Lagos 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time. Meet your guide and your group and depart on your dolphin sightseeing cruise.
The catamaran used on this tour is specially designed for dolphin and whale-watching experiences and features a viewing platform on the bow, making the vessel suitable for all ages and abilities, including wheelchair users (please note at time of booking). The boat also features a full-service bar with drinks and snacks (own expense), a bathroom, and a sun canopy. Multiple viewing platforms offer clear views for all passengers.
As you ride through the water, your guide provides selected informative commentary and help you spot dolphins. Although sightings are not guaranteed, there is high success rate.
Return to Marina de Lagos at the end of the tour.

We only had about 20 minutes to see the dolphins because our time was finished. I would have stayed much longer. The guides only explained the instructions and then they did not talked to us! It was not that much worth it for the price.

Regarding the time spent with the Dolphins, that is the maximum time each boat is allowed to stay close to the dolphins, established by law. The dolphins are wild animals and their habitat needs to be respected.

The boat was comfortable , plenty of shade and every opportunity to see the dolphins from the front of the boat .. the guys were knowledgable, respectful to the dolphins unlike some of the boat users around us 😡 we had the best day and saw loads and loads of beautiful dolphins.

Brilliant service. Steve was a fantastic guide and having his puppy on board as a dolphin spotter was a lovely addition. After about half an hour heading away from land we quickly find a group of around 20 dolphins. On the way back to land they also have us a tour of the caves and coastline too.

Please be assured safety comes first with our company and we would not have gone to the ocean if the sea conditions were too bad, we also on every single dolphin trip we undertake ALWAYS inform passengers the same words before we head out to the ocean irrelevant of the conditions on any trip because a calm sea can change "We are going to the Atlantic ocean this is not the swimming pool at your hotel, any of you that get seriously seasick this is your last chance to disembark "

Really friendly crew gave just the right amount of information about the tour and the dolphins. The boat was very clean and well maintained, look somewhat new so I was happy about that as well. We found the dolphins pretty quickly so we were able to go to the grottos along the cliffs before heading home.
I would book another trip with them for sure.

Very rough sea, got very, very wet (totally soaked) and very, very cold. Trip should have been cancelled. Young baby taken into small cabin to protect her, another guest sick over the side numerous times .... and no dolphins

Es war ein unglaublich tolles Ereignis. Es war zwar zu Beginn etwas Seegang durch die einsetzende Flut, der Kapitän hat aber das Boot gut und sicher gesteuert.
