Beautiful spot with lots of different pools! They did a great job making sure it wasn’t chaotic or crowded. It was a great night activity to listen to the water and everything was well lit!

The actual hot springs and amenities were amazing but the booking experience was terrible. I booked an afternoon slot that started at 2:00pm and was supposed to be an entire afternoon/evening and when we arrived they told us we needed to leave at 4:00pm and that our time slot started at 10:00am-4:00pm. There was nothing they could do do as I had to take it up with Viator, who I have reached out to and have yet to hear back from.

The grounds and spa area are 5 star but the buffet food was horrible!! Skip the buffet. Food was picked over and they didn’t bother to have fresh food and all the selections for the later dining times.

It was terrible for a solo experience. They cater to families and people in groups. If you are solo and ask for a chair, expect to get denied. I do not recommend this for any people that are traveling alone.

Relaxing hotspring with great staff. I had to leave before lunch and they packed lunch before 11:30. Since lunch starts at 12 I had say very good staff and service.

We booked this tour through Viator and the local agent was Inversiones El Paraiso Tico . It was an excellent tour and there were 5 of us participating. Our guide was Rafi (Raphael) who was incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING, history, wildlife, fauna etc. There wasn't one question he couldn't answer for us. He was so friendly and personable and the same goes for Enrique, the driver and part owner. They were both so considerate of my parents who are in their mid 80's. Lovely chaps. We were served delicious fruit en route and given bottles of water. The van was absolutely spotless . The tour also included a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant the staff couldn't be more friendlier and accommodating. This company can also book other excursions and trips throughout the region. Highly recommended.

The spa is pleasantly small and quiet.
Very nice atmosphere.
Lockers are sufficiently large. Towels are provided. Bathing shoes are recommended as the paths get quite hot.
